🛠️I consider these very important aspects of educating both the maker and the beneficiary, thus setting the level of expectations on both sides...below are mine (some changes occured):

* If you want to place an order send me your name, I'll put it on a waiting list and when I will be close expect to receive a message to discuss the details (I no longer write down preferences because very often there are changes in wishes due to the waiting time and knowledge gained meantime for new ones)…all this helps us save precious time.
* From that moment (message received) it can take between 2 weeks and a month...I work on several saps in parallel.
* I don't only work on custom orders (too boring for me)...if I did this I wouldn't be able to come up with new models or innovations...I also give the opportunity to those who don't want to wait and buy on a drop or auction.
* I process the orders in the order in which I receive them...even if it takes a long time, I ❗️ALWAYS come back with a message (no one is forgotten). I know that this waiting may often seem frustrating (good things come to those who are patient), but I prefer to increase the waiting time than to increase the price...at this moment July 2024 I still working on orders from January 2024.

❗️I like to work for pleasure and not out of necessity and I want it to stay that way...even if you do what you like at a given moment you still get tired...and yes, there are days when I don't want to work.

💵Payment:

I usually don't charge in advance because I don't like to work under pressure...but there are certain exceptions where I do:
* for unusual or custom pieces (engravings, etc) that have a low marketability
* in the case of customers who haven't paid for an order done and I had to resell the sap (except for justified cases, no one is absurd)
* exceptionally when I need money to pay bills for materials raised and I don't have enough in my account…(if you are among this last category, you can consider yourself lucky, your sap being processed with priority)

So, books are now open…questions and suggestions are welcome.
I'm waiting for them in the comments if there are any.
