Jonathan Hogue is a NYC-based playwright, performer, director, and producer, and has collaborated on a number of festival productions, developmental labs, and industry readings.
His musical "Stranger Sings!: The Parody Musical", for which he wrote book and score, played two sold-out concerts at 54 Below in 2019 and is now in development for an off-Broadway run in the 2021-2022 season. His play "The Nations", loosely based on his experiences serving as a short-term missionary/aid worker in 12 countries around the world, received a virtual world-premiere in March 2021 and aims for a Los Angeles stage premiere later this year.
Recent stage performances include Steve Harrington in "Stranger Sings!", Ross Gellar in "I Was There For You: A Friends Musical Parody", and Laurie in "Little Women: The Musical". He has a BA in Theatre Performance from Liberty University, and plans to attend Columbia University this Fall for an MFA in Theatre Management and Producing.

Rachel is an actor/writer based in New York City. Her credits include performing in the Main Stage Cast of PITS! at the People’s Improv Theatre, her solo shows I'm An Only Child and The Julie Andrews Tribute Show, producing several concerts including the sold out 54 Sings ABBA at Feinstein’s/54 Below, and music and lyrics for the parody musical FRIENDS: I Was There For You. She has trained with The Second City Chicago and Upright Citizens Brigade in sketch and improv. Her goals are to create a Christopher Guest style sketch comedy troupe and to see Emily Blunt win the Oscar she so rightly deserves.

Meet , audio engineer and founder of . He voices crew member, Fraser, who is part of the rescue team who finds Lancaster.

Brennan White is a multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer, and producer based out of Jackson, MS. He operates a small recording studio out of his home known as “The Fairview Sound,” which started in March 2020. Originally from Franklin, TN, White moved to Jackson back in 2009 and has been playing and helping the Jackson music scene grow since the the age of sixteen. He is known for his keen ear, attention to detail, and overall love and enthusiasm for music.

Etymology Lesson:
Did you know that Kumari Nadu means “Land of the Maiden?”

While researching Kleio Files, came across theories upon theories about the origin of the name of this lost continent.

Tamil historians in the early 20th century had theories for all the variations on the land’s name, but the one for Kumari Nadu refers to the status of women in the civilization. It’s believed by one Tamil writer that in Kumari Nadu, women had the right to own land.

Makes sense why Kevneer’s determined to keep her civilization the way she prefers it.

The City in Kleio Files is not necessarily Kumari Nadu, but it is inspired by a version of the Cradle of Civilization. Kumari Nadu, or Kandam, was definitely believed to be a continent that stretched across the Indian Ocean to Madagascar, India and Australia.

Hello! I’m Jordan and I voice Dana on the Kleio Files.

Born and raised in Mississippi, I graduated from Belhaven University with a Bachelor’s in Communications. I like to wear a lot of hats, which keeps things fun for me.

Right now that includes slinging coffee and cocktails at The Bean in Jackson MS, working as the Homeschool Days Program Director for 601 Studios, and dabbling as a video editor. [, @601.studios]

I have loved being a part of the Kleio files, voice acting is something I have wanted to try for quite awhile.

Hola! I’m Josie, and I voice Captain in Kleio Files.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I attended the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. I then went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I left Savannah, GA and moved back home. I keep myself busy as the founder and producer of the Film Posers podcast where four Boricuas rant, rave, and review cinema.

I am also a Cherry Picks approved critic, and I contribute as a freelance entertainment journalist to Shuffle Online, Full Circle Cinema, Cinemania World podcast, Tor.com, and more.

Hey I’m Jonathan, and I’m the producer, editor, and composer for Kleio Files. I occasionally voice the character Leo as well.

I grew up near Jackson, MS, and I have lived in Jackson for more than ten years.  My formal education had nothing to do with music or sound engineering🙃.

I am a husband to an incredibly beautiful, loving, and talented artist, and I am a father of two cute little boys, one of whom has helped me with the soundtrack this season.  

I’ve been a lover of music and sounds about as long as I can remember.  At age five, I learned that I could play instruments by ear once I realized how little I enjoyed reading music.  The electric guitar has been my primary instrument for more than ten years, but with that has grown my passion for meticulously manipulating sounds to craft a specific tone or feel.

When the pandemic grounded me at home, I ventured to set up a home recording studio.  I spent the Spring and Summer diving deep into recording software and hardware, learning as much as I could and watching tons of videos made by experts in the field.  Film scoring is what fascinated me the most, and so when Miriam mentioned the podcast, I jumped at the opportunity to join in on her idea to help her tell this story.  

I’m honored to simply be the one who supports Miriam’s incredible writing with music and sound effects to bring her story to life and to your ears!
