Tonight is the last phase of this moon.

I took the time for myself to write down all the things, beliefs, people… I release to universe. I haven’t done this exercise before, but I will surely do it again. It’s insane how hard we are on ourselves. Once it’s all out… I burned it. Let it go!

I’ve been using this Release oil like crazy too. It really is amazing with releasing those feelings. (Did you know you store anger/hurt in your liver!?!)

October is Domestic Abuse Awareness Month.

I am honored to be a part of a company with such a compassionate heart.

Throughout September, October and November, you can round to nearest dollar or make a donation of any amount to support survivors of domestic violence through our partners: the National Network to End Domestic Violence in the United States and Women’s Shelters Canada.

Funds raised by the Gives Round Up! campaign will go to specific programs run by these organizations to help survivors of domestic violence get back on their feet.

In the U.S., all Fall Round Up! donations will support the Independence Project, a credit-building program created by the National Network to End Domestic Violence. Through this program, women can receive a zero-fee, zero-interest loan of $100 to boost their credit scores. By paying back just $10 for 10 months, she can get approved to sign that lease, buy that car, and get started on her new, SAFE life! These microloans plant the seeds of freedom for women escaping financial abuse.
