Yarrow has a sedative, pain-killing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic constituents…..Yarrow leaves have been used in washes, salves, and poultices for treating burns, boils, open sores, pimples, mosquito bites, earaches, sore eyes, and aching backs and legs. Yarrow tea is my new go to for cramping. Yarrow is just amazing! For this reason I had to make a savle/balm to have on hand.

What does jewelweed do for your skin?
Jewelweed Salve can be applied to skin that is suffering from poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, stinging nettle, hives, and other skin irritations. The sap from the stems of the jewelweed plant have been infused in olive oil and strained out, to create jewelweed infused oil. It is helpful for swimmers' itch, insect bites, scratches, burns, wounds, skin rashes, allergic reactions and itchy skin issues. Fast acting relief for topical skin discomforts. This salve is a powerful disinfectant for open wounds, cuts, and burns for people and animals.

Today product is wild rose salve. Rose Salve has been a favorite since the early days, due to its ability to care for lips and beautify and moisturize the skin. Emulsified with extra-soothing rose extract, which helps ease irritation and condition the skin. May be used on lips, face, cuticles, elbows, knees, chapped or very dry skin patches.
