I'd like to start by introducing myself. My name is Brendan Scott Annandale.

I am a 34-year-old male living with a giant looming sc**zo affective diagnosis that curtains the show that is my life.

I have lived with this diagnosis for five long years and suffered through painful grandiose delusions, anxiety, paranoia and depression.

I come from a great family who supports love and helps me achieve my goals, raised by a mother's love and drive to see her son succeed.

The problem was I was an addict to crystal m**h for approximately 4 years and this became the focal point for joy in my life as well as the fuel for my creative juices for as long as I would use the drug,

While using crystal m**hamphetamines and in the middle of a massive psychosis I honed my craft for writing spiritual scripture and poems and found an expressive tool that gave me the ability to capture my thoughts that were religious in nature, through the poetry I wrote.

Each poem was written with a religious perspective and clarity for the reason that a higher being existed and had majority control in our lives.

Born and baptized an Anglican protestant while later in life converting over to Christianity as my center belief, I would pursue a creative writing surrounding my religious feelings and using words and rhymes as my creative outlets.

While in psychosis my belief in God was as strong as anyone's could be, obsessive in thought and clearly the tint that blended my writing in with hints of God and Jesus riddled throughout the pieces.

I hope this book can inspire others who are sc**zophrenic to achieve they’re ultimate goal of a normalness that is accompanied by a mental illness that can take over and steer the ship.
