Early today, 364 furniture was handed over to the District Education Directorate on my behalf.

These furniture is to be distributed among some selected basic schools in the district.

This kind gesture comprises of;

127 dual desk for Upper Primary
173 dual desk for Lower Primary
15 teacher's chair
2 Headteacher's table
11 Teacher's table
4 Library tables
24 Library chairs
4 Book shelf
2 Visitor's chair
1 File drawer cabinet
1 Notice board

This I know won’t be able to do away with the issue of no chair syndrome in schools in my constituency but at least it will decrease it as much effort is been made to provide them with more.

I had an engagement with the people of Anyinabrem and Nintin as part of my Constituency tour.

Many issues were discussed and notable amongst them include;

Motivation of cocoa farmers by providing them with necessary farm tools and equipments.

Anyinabrem, Nintin and Apumpuso will be connected to the national electricity grid before the end of December this year.

A 3 - unit classroom block will commence before the end of October 2022 at Anyinabrem to argument what they already have since education continues to be at the core of my projects.

A school will be established in Ninitin next year.

A teachers bungalow will be constructed in Anyinabrem next year to ease the long distance these hardworking teachers have to commute in going to the school

Engineers from feeder roads will be in to take drawings of the road from Bobriase to Anyinabrem through to Kyekyewere after which a contract will be awarded for the construction of the road.

A borehole will be constructed in both communities before the year ends to augment the existing ones.

I believe Development must be equitable distributed such that each Community can have a fair share of the national cake.

This I believe will move our transformational Agenda.

On Friday, 30th September, 2022, I continued my constituency tour to Dompoase and Achiase.

At the former, I inspected the ongoing sports complex. I was pleased with work done so far and I urged the contractor to speed up work right after the rains stop knowing how the project is dear to my heart.

At Achiase, I informed them of contract that has been awarded for the construction of the Abedwum-Adomanu Road. Work on the road is expected to commence very soon.

Funds will be secured to complete the abandoned toilet facility.

For the first time, a school called Smart Mission D/A Basic School will be established. Construction is expected to commence before the end of October.

A mechanized borehole to be constructed before the year ends.

Development continue to be my dream and I believe, each town within the Constituency will have a share of it.

The Adansi North District which couples as Fomena Constituency received a good news yesterday 31st October 2022, as the District Assembly Office Complex which was started in 2006 is about to see a facelift. This was made known during my working visit.

Brison Construction Company Limited was sent to site to complete the 3-Storey District Assembly Office Complex with External Paving and Landscaping. This is expected to be done within in span of 6 months.

Construction of a 3 unit classroom block with a 6 seater toilet facility is also about to commence at Fomena D/A School.

Sooner than later, contract will also be awarded for the construction of an ultra modern court complex at Fomena, the district capital.

An enhanced street lightning system will also be installed in Fomena to befit it as the Traditional seat of the Adansi.

Plans are underway to engage Atarchy Construction Ltd through the Ministry of Roads and Highways to see to the tarring of streets in the District capital, Fomena.

The District Police office complex is speedily in progress and will be completed in due time.

I pray, all towns have a feel of the development we seek. Gradually, we shall get there.
