Hello everyone!
We will be hosting the 2nd Thailand Online Debating Championship (TODC) and would like to invite everyone to participate. Here are the tournament details:
Registration period: Now! - 12 February 2021
Date: 20-21 February 2021
Participants are also required to participate in online adjudicator tests, for adjudicators, and for debaters, test rounds on 19 February.
Other details:
This is a high school open tournament (M1-M6 students).
i. You can register as an institution or a composite team
ii. Only high schoolers can debate, anyone can adjudicate!
iii. Every team must send an adjudicator (n=1 rule). Penalty fee of 900 baht for no team adjudicator.
No registration fee!!!
but a 600 THB deposit for debaters and independent adjudicators
(however we will return this deposit at the end of the tournament via your payment details in the application form)
Format: AP(Asian Parliamentary)
3vs3, 7-minute speeches and 30-minute prep time after motion release, POIs (Points Of Information) are allowed.

Roll call for the semifinals starts tomorrow at 9:00 am. Breaking debaters and adjudicators are advised to be digitally present before time in case there are any technical issues. Teams (all members must be present) that show up after roll call is over will be automatically disqualified and the reserved team will be taking their place.
All other participants are invited to observe.

Hello debating community! Registration for the 1st Thailand Online Debating Championship is now open. Here are some of the guidelines and registration information:
Tournament Dates: April 21-23 (online adj test and test round on the 21st)
Registration deadline: April 20
Format: Asian Parliamentary Debate Format
a. 3 vs 3
b. 30-minute prep time after motion release
c. 7-minute speeches
d. POIs (Points Of Information) are allowed

For prep time: a separate group call
Further details including a tutorial for mixidea is to be announced
