This episode, SLW interviews MLB player association agent Joshua Kusnick. Josh gives us insight into what goes on when organizations and agents are negotiating contracts. We get to see firsthand how agents represent their players and also tips on negotiating in order to reach an agreement that both parties are satisfied with. Josh tells us stories of his personal negotiations with teams and how he has been successful in those dealings!

As a former Division I athlete for Boston University, Andrew wants to use his passion for sports and combine it with the legal profession.
