Walton Fire Hall annual field day

Come and support our Annual Bake Sale in Summerville Reid's old store and Kempt United Church on Friday, July 19th from 2 to 7pm and Saturday, July 20th from 9am to 1pm. Anyone who would like to bake can drop off at the Health Centre on Thursday or Friday morning, or you can drop stuff off at the bake sales Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Walton post office will be a drop off till 12 on Friday.

Looking for something for your kids to do tonight, the Summer Students Autumn and Landon will be at Dr. Arthur Hines School from 6:30 to 8 every Wednesday. Bring your bikes, play some games or just enjoy playing on the playground. All ages welcome but those under 4 must be accompanied by an adult

Hants Shore Community Health Centre
SUMMER DAY CAMP 2024!
Summer camps will run each week starting July 9th. Camps will run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Camps are open to students aged 5 – 12 years old. We will be having one week day camp for kids who are 3 or 4 years old. Cost of camps are $30 per week or $15 per day. Family discount will be applied. Below is a list of our camps and locations.
July 9-11 – Hants Shore Community Health Centre (Limited space available)
July 16-18 – Hants Shore Community Health Centre (Limited space available)
July 23-25 – Ages 3 and 4 only. Hants Shore Community Health Centre (Limited space available)
July 30-August 1 – Hants Shore Community Health Centre (Limited space available)
August 6 – 8 – Dr. Arthur Hines School (more space)
August 13 – 15 – Hants Shore Community Health Centre (limited space available)
August 20 – 22 – Community Halls along the Hants Shore Community (More information to follow)
The students will be working in the gardens 1 day a week and can always use your help throughout the community and they will be offering one evening a week for biking, soccer baseball or to play ball. Please watch for the calendar of events happening in the community and beyond for the summer months.

Come and enjoy a fun afternoon with us, there will be refreshments and light snacks. Looking forward to seeing everyone. If we need to cancel there will not be a make up day.

Last week of summer programs Monday August 21st at Walton fire hall, Tuesday August 22nd at Summerville Fire hall and Wednesday August 23rd from 9-3pm and opened to ages 4-11 year olds. Join us this Saturday August 12 from 10-12pm at the Kempt Quarry! We will bring our West Hants Community Trailer and summer gear for you to enjoy!
Registration is NOT required!
This is a first come, first serve event; depending on the number of people, we will be rotating systems so everyone can have a chance to use our equipment!

HSHA bake sale will be taking place this weekend July 14th and 15th. We will be at Kempt shore church and Reid's garage in Summerville from 2 to 7pm on Friday July 14th and at Church in Kempt Shore on Saturday July 15 from 9-12pm. We are still welcoming donations, these can be dropped off on Thursday July 14th or Friday, July 15th at the Hants Shore Community Health Centre. We are looking forward to seeing everyone!

We are looking for a Healthy Lunch Coordinator starting in September at Dr. Arthur Hines School

This program is free and will take place at the Health Centre on Saturday, October 15th from 1:30 to 3:30pm, guardian supervision is required. Ages 1 to 10 years
