How do we not making faces and sound when lifting while this s**t is either burning as hell or sometimes gets very heavy?
I have not been able to master this skill yet😂😂😂

This picture was taken at the 2016 national when I missed the Pro-Card by 1 place but with this smile, no one would ever know how pi**ed off I was right after I got off the stage.
However, I have a certain rule where I only allow myself to stay mad for 60 -90 minutes then get the learnings and move on as quickly as I can!
The rest of the day was history, I've had so much fun & went right back to the gym and fixed what I needed to fix and got better year after year!
So the learnings for me was "consistency"!
If you're truly want IT than don't STOP and keep PUSHING!

Going back and looking at these pics to see how can I improve and be better next time? I think I need a whole new package from 5-10lbs bigger and better glutes and hamstrings during this off-season!
To most of us 2020 was the worst and I can't argue with that but for me this year was the best!
_ I was more aggressive
_ I was more focused
_ I took more risk
_ I spend more money and double down in investing in myself
_ I trained harder
_ I took my business to the next level
_ I learned through difficulty time to take advantage of this opportunity to maximize my life, my business and take massive action to finally get many things done.
_ I had multiple amazing break through this year
_ I wasn't willing to let the environment change my thinking, shape my destiny and guide my life for me!
_ I took advantage of 2020 to get s**t done!
_ I also reconnected with my fellow NLP coaches to stay sharp! I also thaught and assisted NLP training
_ I went live multiple times which was uncomfortable as hell but i needed to be uncomfortable 😂😂😂😂!
_ I joined the SGC, Tony Robbins coaching and many other services
_ and so so much more....

Here's a quick and easy leg day combination this late night!
My client doesn't understand that on leg days you can't afford to sit low😂😂😂😂! You gotta sit up high...he's about to experience training legs with me in a few minutes! Lol

Off season in progress!
It's been a few weeks since I stepped on stage and the goal is to move forward to be an amazing 212 bodybuilder! It is time to eat. Train. Grow. Stay lean and build as much muscles tissues as possible!
Check out my simple techniques how I pick up these 130lbs dumbells and bang them out for 12 reps and sometimes I can push it to 4 sets at 25 reps for a total of 12 minutes!
My max is 180lbs which heavy as hell!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😊😊😊😊

For the past two years I have been getting my last meal in between 3-5am everyday and I still get great results and manage to change my physique!
My body doesn't know the difference between night and day as long as I get my sleep in! My mind seems to be in a productive mode late at night😂😂😂!
Eating late at night not only has worked for me, it's also has worked for many clients I have coached in the past!
So not eating after 6pm or not avoiding any type of carbs late at night, is that a MYTH OR NOT?
