We're on a mission to educate, equip & empower people to take care of their own health and wellness.
In a study conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in India, researchers determined just how potent black seed oil is against some of these superbugs and paired it against several antibiotics, such as Amoxicillin, Gatifloxacin and Tetracycline. According to the study, “Out of 144 strains tested, most of which were resistant to several antibiotics, 97 were inhibited by the oil of black cumin.”
Next to oregano oil, few things on the planet can boast this type of potency to microbes. The study uncovered that it was especially effective against multi-drug-resistant strains of P. aeruginosa and S. aureus.

Dr. Westin Childs is absolutely correct. Black seed oil shows promise for positively influencing thyroid health and lowering thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). It may also play a role in addressing some of the individual root cause issues that contribute to Hashimoto’s, including gut health, blood sugar imbalances, and metabolic health.
Black seed oil has likely been used as a medicinal herb for 3000 years or more, and its use has been documented in Ayurveda, Unani, Tibb, Siddha, and other systems of medicine.
It has historically been used as a remedy for a variety of health conditions — most notably, for inflammation, cardiovascular health, infections, and skin issues. In addition to being used for vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, and the common cold, it was often prescribed as a tonic for general wellness.
Black seed oil shows promise for positively influencing thyroid health and lowering thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). It may also play a role in addressing some of the individual root cause issues that contribute to Hashimoto’s, including gut health, blood sugar imbalances, and metabolic health.
Many of the medicinal properties of black seed oil are attributed to the compounds it contains, including thymoquinone.
I have seen the first hand benefits of using black seed oil, now its your turn.

What Does Black Seed Oil Do For Hair?
Black Seed Oil is arguably one of the best natural ingredients for hair, as it has antibacterial, antifungal anti-inflammatory properties which protect the hair and scalp while also locking in moisture in the hair shaft.
Black Seed Oil can be used to treat a wide range of hair and scalp conditions, such as:
🌿1. Black Seed Oil For Dandruff
If you suffer from dandruff, Black Seed Oil is an excellent natural remedy, especially when you apply it directly to the scalp on a daily basis. This will not only soothe the itching but it will also reduce the flakiness, improve root strength and enhance the look and feel of your scalp and hair.
🌿2. Black Seed Oil For Hair Growth
Black Seed oil definitely helps with hair growth. Black Seed Oil hair loss treatment is used by so many naturalistas who deal with various hair conditions. Whether you are experiencing a small amount of shredding or you have alopecia, Black Seed Oil can help you on your hair growth journey.
For the best results, you should apply black seed oil at least twice weekly, making sure you massage it thoroughly into the scalp, as this will increase blood circulation in the hair follicles, which can stimulate growth.
🌿3. Black Seed Oil For Hair Hydration
The majority of people with curly or coily hair suffer with a dry scalp or dehydrated hair which not only feels dry but also looks drab and unloved. By using Black Seed Oil on a regular basis you will start to notice a massive difference to your scalp especially, as the oil will lock in any moisture, making the hair more luscious and healthy-looking.
🌿4. Scalp Treatment
If you suffer with a dry or itchy scalp, then you should apply our Black Seed Oil to your scalp. When placing it on the scalp, you should massage it in to enhance blood circulation which will not only help with irritation but can also prevent hair loss and boost growth.
🌿5. Protective Styling
If you put your hair in protective styles, such as box braids or cornrows to protect it from external damage, you can add further protection by using Black Seed Oil. Using the oil will also help with any itchiness you may experience, as the oil can be applied underneath your protective style to soothe the scalp.
🌿6. Deep Treatment
For damaged or dry hair, you may need to apply a deep treatment to revitalise the hair follicles. (You could gently heat the oil too if like) We recommend applying our Black Seed Oil to your hair, place a plastic cap and leave it to work its magic for around forty minutes. For really dry hair, you may also want to apply to hair and use it as an overnight hair mask. In the morning, you can rinse it all off, using your shampoo and conditioner and style as usual.

GOD'S FRAGRANT FARMACY: Essential Oils
What are the Essential Oils you cannot live without?
And if you don't use Essential Oils, what is some information you like to learn about them before adding them to your arsenal of "natural remedies"
Do you have High Estrogen or Estrogen Dominance?
Did you know ⁉️
Your liver breaks down estrogen and eliminates it from your body
If your liver’s not functioning correctly, too much estrogen can accumulate….
Too few digestive enzymes, too much bad gut bacteria (dysbiosis), low magnesium levels and too little fiber in your diet and drinking alcohol
can prevent your liver from removing excess estrogen.
I would also eliminate all Synthetic xenoestrogens:
Synthetic xenoestrogens are chemicals found in the environment that act like estrogen once they’re inside your body.
They can increase your estrogen levels. Xenoestrogens include bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates.
Both of these chemicals are used in various plastics. Xenoestrogens can also be found in pesticides, household cleaning products and some soaps and shampoo.

During the toddler years, black seed provides children with all the energy they require for this active stage of life. The Heart, like the Brain, has a Central Nervous System, a coherent and highly sophisticated electrical transmission system.
Each part of the Heart contains the whole Body memory. It’s a Hub or a meeting place where all members meet and agree.
Think about that for a moment…
Why you should incorporate dates into your diet:
●An adult can survive on only 15 date fruits per day if necessary.
●One cup of dates has about 380 calories, 27 per cent of the recommended daily requirement of potassium and 48 per cent of daily fibre needs.
●They also provide calcium, zinc, iron, copper, magnesium, calcium and other minerals that may help lower blood pressure, stroke risk and labour complications.
●Dates suppress sugar cravings.
●Date fruits stones are used for making soap and even eyeliners.
●Very few people are allergic to this fruit.
●Their low water and high sugar content gives them a shelf-life of many months, up to a year if stored correctly.
●Because the tree and its fruit have so many uses — from food to building materials — the date palm is known as the ‘tree of life’ in the Middle East, and it’s the national symbol of Saudi Arabia.
●Date palm seeds can go dormant for decades until the right light and water conditions present themselves.
●Dates were probably cultivated about 8,000 years ago in present-day Iraq.
●Date palm trees need at least 100 days of 100ºF heat and plenty of water to produce the best quality fruit.
●There are so many different types of date fruit. The UAE has more than 199 different types, with around 44 million palm trees. The TOP date producing country is Egypt.
●Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics mark years with images of full date palms, as the trees grow 12 new fronds a year.
●About 3 per cent of the earth’s farmland is covered by date palms, producing four million tons a year.
●There are more than 200 varieties of dates. Majdool, large and caramel-like, is the hardest to grow, and therefore one of the most expensive to buy..
●While they are high in sugar (about 93 grams per cup), many varieties have a low glycaemic index (GI), due to the fact that its fruit sugar is high in dietary fibre.
●Dates are mentioned several times in the Bible, and are the most frequently mentioned fruit in the Quran, probably ancestors to the oldest-known seed planted successfully in modern times.
●In Oman, when a son is born, they plant him a date tree. The date tree grows together with him and assures him that his family will never suffer from hunger.
●Bedouin tribes of the Middle East, who eat a high percentage of dates in their diet, have one of the lowest rates of cancer.
●The date palm is a very salt tolerant tree, and will grow well in alkaline soils where other plants will not. They are sometimes irrigated with ocean water.
●The high calories and excellent nutritional value, plus their ability to keep well for long periods of time, make dates great for emergency food rations.
How To Store Dates
Store in an airtight container either in the fridge (up to a year) or at room temperature (a few months).
How can they stay good for this long? Dates have the lowest moisture content of any whole fruit, only 30%, meaning they’re naturally dehydrated! As they age, the sugars in the date will gradually move to the surface, forming little sugar white spots, these are not mold.
