Recipe time 🙌 Here is one of my favorites:
Turkey, Kale, and Cauliflower Soup 🍲
1 lb Ground turkey
1 Bell pepper
3 Carrots
1 1/2 cup Cauliflower
4 cups Kale
4 Shallots
1 15 oz can Tomatoes
5 cups Chicken stock
1 Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp Coconut oil
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan placed over medium-high heat.
Add the shallots, carrots, cauliflower, and bell pepper.
Cook until the vegetables are slightly soft (8 to 10 minutes), stirring frequently.
Add the turkey to the vegetables and cook until the meat is cooked through (6 to 8 minutes).
Add the chicken stock and diced tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the soup to a boil. Stir in the kale, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

Running Nashville with me:
Mile 1 (neon, that was fast)
Mile 2 (ok, a hill, seems like more people)
Mile 3 (definitely more, is that hot chicken burning a hole through my sternum, so many people walking, slow, feels good, not my pace, keep going, people watch)
Mile 4 (these f*$ hills, counting my shots from yesterday, 1 drink 2 drinks 3 drinks 4….this burning chicken 🔥 🐓, water, ok just do that 3 more times)
Mile 5 (burp, burp again, maybe I should slow down, toe runner, side kicker, pass her, burp, why did I drink all that yesterday)
Mile 6 (my bladder is full, keep going, nope, keep going, down hill, too fast, going to p*e myself, get in line, omg these leggings won’t go back up, water, someone enjoy this sweatshirt, just get to eight)
Mile 7 (can’t do these hills, these f #%$ing hills, cute houses, all these families, are those snacks for us, someone text me, Charlie, did he barf, is he bailing, he would call, you’re almost to eight)
Mile 8 (my god my hamstrings will never be the same, let’s do a 5k, just 3 miles, it’s just a 5k, “When life gives you balls, play with them” 👀🤔 clever, what is that red drink, she’s doing it, are those edibles 🤩, nope it’s Jell-O shots 🤮, keep running, balls 🤔)
Mile 9 (I should GU, wait another mile, orange flavor, I’ll like orange, 5k, just a 5k, oh this hip flexor, f&@$ing hill, my inner thighs aren’t hurting, weird 🤷♀️, could my stride be any shorter, hill, yes it could, “You’re so hot when you’re sweating” original 🙄, where is ten, did I pass ten)
Mile 10 (do your GU, nope just wait, I’ll take that slice 🍊, slipped on a p*el, is it stuck on my shoe, wouldn’t that suck if I fell, get it off, ok what’s 2 miles, why don’t I count the last mile, it’s really 3, it doesn’t count, just 2 miles, eat your GU, not bad, orange is good, wish it was cold, throw it down, nope, it all hurts, keep running)
Mile 11 (getting close, you’ve got this, seems different, turning again, don’t remember this, turning again, at least it’s flat)
Mile 12 (last mile, pace seems slow, f&@$ing hills, steady)
Mile 13 (open up, yes, get to the left, pass, pass, steady, finish this, exhale, walk it off)
