On September 19th, 2023 an enchanting and thought-provoking art exhibition titled "Silence the Guns" took place at The Place.
Conceived by the visionary artist Michael Hailu, his creations embody the African Union's mission to bring an end to conflict in Africa by the year 2027.

እ.ኤ.አ. ነሐሴ 15 ቀን 2023 የዘውዲቱ መሸሻ የህጻናት ማሳደጊያ ቀስተዳመና እና ተወዳጇ ተዋናይት ሰላም ተስፋዬ በአዲሱ ገበያ የሚገኘው የዘውዲቱ መሸሻ ህጻናት ማሳደጊያን ማእከል በመገኘት የደስታ ድባቢ ፈጥሯል።
በዝግጅቱ ተደማጭነት ያላቸው ከሮታራክት የለውጥ ክለብ ጋር በመተባበር ለህጻናቱ የማይረሳ ትዝታ በመፍጠር የርህራሄ እና የአንድነት ሃይል ለማየት ተችሏል።
ቀስተዳመና እና ሰላም ተስፋዬ የልጆቹን ፊት በእውነተኛ ፈገግታ አብርተው በቦታው የነበሩትን ሁሉ ያስደሰተ፣ ጉብኝታቸው ፈገግታን ብቻ ሳይሆን በወላጅ አልባ ሕፃናት ማቆያ ውስጥ ለሚገኙ ወጣት ነፍሳት አዲስ የተስፋ እና የፍቅር ስሜት የፈጠረ ነበር።
በቀስተ ዳመና፣ በሰላም ተስፋዬ እና በሮታራክት የለውጥ ክለብ መካከል ያለውን ትብብር ግለሰቦች ለጋራ ዓላማ ሲሰባሰቡ የሚኖራቸውን የማይታመን ተፅዕኖ ያሳያል። ፍቅር ወሰን እንደሌለውና ትንሽ የደግነት ተግባር እንኳን ልዩነት እንደሚያመጣ ያሳያል።
ለዚህ የግንኙነት እና የርህራሄ ጊዜ ምስክር ስለሆንን እናመሰግናለን። እያንዳንዱ ነገር ምንም ያህል ትንሽ እንኳን ቢሆን ሕይወትን የመለወጥ ኃይል ስላለው የመስጠትና የመደጋገፍ መንፈስ ማስፋፋቱን እንቀጥል።
