I don’t know about y’all but I get burnout easily (That’s how I felt literally for the past few days). When I feel that way, I eventually do nothing & become stuck in a vicious cycle of self-hate & criticism. It is bad that we constantly think we can’t rest & we have to keep up with the pace society has set for us.

What if I tell you that you can overcome your burnout if you take things AT YOUR PACE? Not gonna lie, taking things at your own pace (while others might be soaring) SUCKS. But it’s going to give you more clarity about who you are, your strengths & weaknesses, defining your goals etc… all these eventually propel you to success.

So here are some things I do whenever I feel burned out. They’re recycled but USEFUL tips. Feel free to add on so that we can all help each other!!!
