I heard a quote recently, “your pain is your purpose” and it really hit deep.
All of this that I have created with is born out of my desire to know better and do better during my second pregnancy. To have a place where I can bring my child to class, to focus on the strength I need without having to worry about finding or leaving my baby with a sitter.
My pain is my purpose, it’s what drives me to create more for the mamas in my community ❤️

Sara is a Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist focused on barre, Pilates and functional training. She believes that too many women are dealing with unwanted and unnecessary ailments related to core and pelvic floor dysfunction, and is on a mission to help change that.
Anna is a holistic beauty and well-being expert. She guides women in shaping and lifting their faces naturally. She believes in the magic of facial exercises and intention, an experience she has not only witnessed in herself but also in her clients.

That is my biggest goal and makes me so happy. My moves are not flashy or particularly exciting, but in my mind I’m not there to entertain you. I’m there to help you build strength, flexibility and confidence. Just like slower can be harder, simpler movements can give you a deeper burn.
My goal with every session is for you to walk out feeling accomplished. Whether prenatal, postnatal or pure strength, I hope always to help you find your limits and push them a little further every day.

I’m so glad you’re here! Let’s get to know each other a bit better. I’m a mom of 2 and trainer based in The Netherlands, originally from the US.
I drink hot tea for breakfast and iced coffee for lunch.
I love sweets but given the option I always choose a savory breakfast.
I am a firm believer in “everything in moderation”
I love spending time by the water, it’s where I feel most at peace.

We all know getting in a workout when you have young children at home is easier said than done, but there are ways to make it happen!

New class alert!!
Mom and Baby Mat will take the place of Pre & Postnatal Barre on Mondays beginning 03 June. If you have been attending the Pre & Postnatal class you are encouraged to still attend as Mom and Baby Mat, even without baby! It will be a very similar class, only slightly lighter in intensity and baby friendly.
No baby required! Pregnant or postpartum, with or without baby - this class will focus on core connection and maintaining correct posture and alignment. This mat class is carefully designed to be pregnancy safe, postpartum specific, give you a full body burn AND allow you to bring your baby to class. Specific core exercises target the deepest layers to build a strong foundation during pregnancy and postpartum.
This class will be more breath and control focused than beat-driven so it will move a bit slower than the typical barre classes. This will allow you to take the time to really connect to your core and/or settle a fussy baby.

There are limits to what an instructor can do for you in a group setting. Prepare yourself with this guide so that you can understand what is happening with your body and make good fitness choices for yourself throughout your pregnancy.
Do you really have to do nothing for 6 weeks after delivery? What if you have other children to care for? How can you go 6 weeks without lifting anything heavier than your baby when every day life requires more than that?
The good news is you don’t have to. With a typical pregnancy and delivery you can start moving and re-connecting to your new body within the first week. That doesn’t mean jump straight into a HIIT class, but gentle breathing and mobility work can do wonders for your recovery.

Offering prenatal fitness classes in person or at home, offers a dynamic fusion of barre, Pilates and traditional strength training workouts to support you during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Sculpt, sweat and strengthen your body (and baby’s) while having fun!
Baby Wearing Barre is a unique class in that we will do the same basic choreography/sequencing over 3 weeks. Each week the class will get progressively more challenging by increasing reps/decreasing rest, combining movements or adding props, and/or changing tempo etc.
The first week of each session is for you to get used to the movements with an extra 5-10+ kgs strapped to your chest. You’ll want to find your balance and your center of gravity as well as test out how heavy everything feels. I highly recommend starting on Week 1, if you have taken class before and know roughly what to expect you could start later. You don’t have to come all 3 weeks in a row, come for as many or as few as fits your schedule with the knowledge every week will be a little harder ;)
