It's autumn! Do things feel a bit hectic these days? Yup. Me too. September has always been my favourite month, but also a time where I can feel us all ramping up while we head into a busy season, hurtling ourselves to the end of the year.

Don't forget to take pause. A minute to enjoy your kids, a moment to savour your pumpkin spice latte and a time out from the busy to take care of yourself.

I'm not gonna lie - having a family has been the biggest challenge of my life.

We do our best to keep it simple. Appreciate the little moments. And take every day as a new beginning.

Spending time with these humans is the greatest gift I have been given.

AND I am not ashamed to admit, taking time for myself is the greatest gift I can give myself.

I need that balance. Sweet moments with my kiddos AND sweet moments for myself. The fuller my cup, the sweeter these moments taste.

One of my favourite things ever is bringing my kids to work. I want them to know what I do and that I choose it intentionally. I want them to know I feel honoured to be trusted with the wellbeing of others. That I feel satisfaction and joy in my work. I want them to see, hear, touch and smell (Zach requested peppermint in the diffuser!) what my days of work are like.

Being a mom is my first job. Being your massage therapist is my privilege.
