𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

I'm offering online practice sessions every other Monday from 6-8pm starting 16.10.23.
The sessions will be for people who have at least a basic understanding of NVC (If you're new to NVC and interested, reach out and I'm happy to give suggestions on how to get started)
We'll be using Zoom.

What will happen in the practice sessions:
I'd like to invite the interests and challenges of the participants to work with AND I will offer a topic every time.
The first topic will be self-empathy. A tool to hold empathic space for conflicts within ourselves to reconnect to what's important for ourselves; and then have more space to listen to someone else.

Relating Compassionately -Intro to Nonviolent Communication

NVC suggests to only acting or giving out of the joy of contributing to someone's (or our own) well-being. Connect to needs in a way that makes natural giving possible. That kind of giving doesn't create expectations of receiving something in return. Which prevents resentment when expectations aren't being met.
