Made a yummy cobbler in the new Pampered Chef 2-QT Enameled Cast Iron Baker. It is delicious! Here's the recipe I followed and I also included my swaps😊
Cobbler
Batter
*1/2 cup of butter (I use Country Crock Plant Based spread with olive oil)
*1 Cup Self Rising Flour
*1 Cup Sugar
*1 Cup Milk (I use So Delicious dairy free organic coconut milk)
*1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (I use a couple of tablespoons of homemade vanilla sugar)
*Pinch of salt (I use kosher salt)
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Add butter to pan and heat in oven until butter is hot. Remove from oven and immediately pour batter into hot butter then evenly distribute the fruit mixture including the liquid over batter. Bake 45-55 minutes.
Fruit Mixture
4 Cups of fruit (I use frozen peaches, strawberries and raspberries)
3/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Sugar (add a little more if you like a sweeter cobbler)
Add fruit, water and sugar to a saucepan and heat until fruit has thawed and started to release some of its natural juices. Remove from heat

New Fall Procucts are available today! The Enameled Cast Iron and the Large bar pan will be available on Oct. 1st. I love the new Stoneware made with the new StoneFusion. New stones can be used under the broiler, pre-heated and you can put them in the DISHWASHER!!! Which of the new products are you most excited about?

My Quick Cooker is one of my favorite kitchen appliances! I made these ⬇️ last week. So yummy with my homemade flour tortillas and dairy free yogurt cilantro sauce 😊
Easy Fajita Shredded Chicken
1.5 lbs of Chicken Breast
1 C. Water
2 T. Cumin
1.5 t. Chipotle Powder
2 t. Garlic Powder
2 T. Brown Sugar
Salt to Taste
Mix all ingredients together in the Quick Cooker.
Set Quick Cooker to the Chicken/Poultry setting and adjust time to 26 minutes.
Let pressure naturally release.
