Running on the forefoot

Hand and body positioning
A few main points in the technique of setting hands and body position:

Relaxed shoulders.
Tension in your shoulders will not help you overcome the distance, but will only complicate it.

Faithful handwork.
The arms must be bent at an angle of approximately 90 degrees and work along the torso. The angle of the bend of the arms is individual for each athlete, the main thing here is to work with the hands in time with the movements of the legs. This will help you run the distance with the least energy consumption.

Posture.
The back should be kept straight, not slouching. Otherwise, the chest will be clamped and it will be difficult to breathe.

Hull position.
By tilting the body, you can adjust your speed and pace of the run. When running, the upper body must be fixed, unnecessary turns of the body should be excluded, since this will not lead to anything, apart from unnecessary energy costs.

Education of the future:

Modularity. Programs of the full cycle (classes in the morning until the evening) will become a rarity or will be used specifically for the training of researchers. For the standard worker in a blurry digitized, half-office, half-home reality, a clear, limited, but continuously updated set of abilities and knowledge is useful. Therefore, conditionally, the bachelor's degree will not be 4-year, but 3-year for two or three days a week in the evening after work and online.

Multilingual. The development of translation services will erase such a thing as the main language of instruction.

Digitalization. More sectors of education will shift to online and to the level of those technologies that are currently being developed, but are not massive in education (augmented reality, virtual reality, smooth transmission of information to the brain, and so on).

Death of the Institute. Most universities in the world will simply die out as unnecessary, at best they will become branches of huge companies providing full-cycle education services.
