For the Honeybees 🐝 ... and everyone else! Slow motion time tosses (continuous thumb flips) Keep these three things in mind: 1. Keep your hand in your four corners: shoulder~shoulder~hip~hip when tossing and catching. Toss by your belly button up the center of your body, and don't let your hand go outside that imaginary box. 2. Keep your elbow by your side! It will come out slightly, but it will return to its place. 3. Keep your body still by standing in the correct position, and this will make everything easier!
