It may not feel like it with today’s temperate weather, but January 11th is ! Our favorite version is this one made by Tracie at , and we've included the recipe below for your own hot toddy celebrations! ⁣

2 oz Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon⁣⁣
1 oz fresh lemon juice⁣⁣
1 oz honey ginger lemon syrup⁣⁣
Boiling hot water⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Warm up your mug by rinsing it with boiling water (this way, the mug will not cool the contents of the cocktail). Combine all ingredients directly in mug, topping off with boiling water. Stir together and garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.⁣ @ Hillrock Estate Distillery

We have something very special, just in time for the holidays! This is our “Exceptional Cask” Barrel Proof Solera Aged Bourbon at 116.8 proof. This is a Single Olorosso cask bottling and the barrel yielded 396 limited release bottles. You can it buy it at the distillery or but don’t wait too long... We anticipate them selling out fast!
