Wow, This experience has changed my life. I am so grateful for everyone who supported me. On the day I received my award of 7th in the world and Miss Congenitally all I could think about is all of you amazing people who brought me here. My success couldn't have happened without My Family and all of the amazing friends I didn't even know I had until I started this journey. The 10 days of nationals were probably some of the hardest but most amazing 10 days of my life. From the early mornings of not being able to find my lashes and the late nights of My Mom and Aunties in my trailer making leis and outfits for the next day. It opened my eyes to a whole world of opportunities that I didn't even know existed. Being there grew my passion for rodeo and my future incredibly. I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner but I'm so so grateful. I love you all so much. This is just the beginning for me

This is insane to say but 5 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!!
I've been so busy I haven't been able to find the time to post. The Makawao Stampede was a huge success. I was honored to be such a huge part of it. I met this year's Miss Hawaii Rodeo, Noel. She was amazing to talk too as we both understood the journey of going from total rugged cowgirl to a full on rodeo queen. How amazing and difficult it is.

Along with the rodeo and continuing to prep for nationals. I started my internship at the Makawao Veterinary Clinic. Something I've dreamed of doing since I was a little kid. I've learned so much in just my few days so far. I'm so excited to continue my journey with the amazing team they have!

15 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!! I officially turned 17 today!! Thank you to everyone for making my life as incredible as it is. I'm excited to start off being 17 with the fun filled summer. An internship at the Makawao Vet clinic something I have dreamed of having for years. The Makawao Stampede and my first ever nationals!! So excited to see what 17 brings me.

16 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!!
Finding inspiration in Lily Meola today. I heard her play for the first time in 2018 at the mac. I remember it was a really hard day leading up to the concert. A dog had bit me around the calf and my leg had 4 puncture wounds and they would not stop bleeding. I was so exited to see Miranda Lambert play so I still wanted to go. It was my first ever concert and the artist who ended up being the highlight of my night was Lily. I walked up to her afterwards asking for a photo and she was shocked, repeatedly saying "what you want a photo with me?". I couldn't even believe how humble she was, It was like she had no idea just how incredible she was. I followed her Spotify the next day and fell in love with her music. Today she got a golden buzzer on America's Got Talent. Just a girl from Maui shocking the country.

17 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!! Another amazing afternoon riding with my mom and sister. Today was one of the most amazing sunsets I've seen all summer.
This weekend is the Makawao Stampede!! Tickets are still available for Saturday and Sunday but they're going quick. If you miss getting a ticket you can watch it on NATIONAL TELEVISION
on 'Cowboy Channel'!

18 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals! Everything really feels like it coming together!! Thank you so much to everyone who has been supporting me I can't say it enough. The hardest part of the preparing for this competition has been my nerves. Making sure to stay on task and not getting wrapped up in the stress of it all. Just taking each task as they come. It all makes it worth it when I get to hear how proud all of you are of me. Hope you all had an amazing day!!

19 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!! The Smarty Roping at the Spurs and Sparkles concert was a hit. I made so many new friends and taught so many amazing little ones how to rope. The support and kind words I was receiving was incredible. Thank you so much to everyone who continues to encourage and praise me. Someone today asked why I'm doing this. I was proud to say that I do this because I want to be somebody people look up too. To be that person who inspires a little girl. 💕💕

20 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!! Tomorrow at the Spurs and Sparkles concert I will be having a Dummy roping booth!! All profits will be put towards helping me travel to Gillette Wyoming. If you catch, you get a candy and a chance to be put in the raffle draw. If you don't.. I'll still you give you a candy! 21 day till the National High School Rodeo Finals!!! At the Spurs and Sparkles concert this weekend I'm going to have my own booth. Its going to be a carnival style dummy roping!! Come stop by grab a rope and try it out. If you catch you'll be put in the raffle draw!! One of the items being a 50 dollar gift certificate to Waiulu Feed and Farms! Huge thank you to them!! You guys are amazing!🥳🥳🥳

22 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!! I got a few tester banners printed today. I'm going to be decorating my RV, Golf Cart and Stall!! What do you think of the design?

23 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals!!! I wanted to thank my Auntie Kathleen. She is my teacher and one of my best friends. In middle school I was having a really hard time finding the perfect horse. She took me under her wing, to find a horse and help me train it for my events. My horsemanship kept improving because of Auntie Kathleen and her amazing coaching. I owe her for everything i know about horses. The horses we were finding for me weren't exactly working out. One flipped over on me and the other... I should've got a bronc riding buckle. My confidence and love for horses was fading. During this I was running her favorite horse, Kola. My freshman year came around and I still hadn't found a horse. Then i was given a gift I would never forgot. My family and Auntie Kathleen both made huge sacrifices and in return i was given Kola. It's now my junior year and I have My heart horse and best friend all to myself.
Auntie Kathleen I cannot thank you enough, you changed my life. I will never forgot everything you have done for me and continue to do for me. I truly mean it when I say this you are my idol. You deserve the world and more.💕💕

24 days till the National High School Rodeo Finals! Happy Summer Solstice!! Today is the longest day of the year. I hope it treated you all well. I ordered my tickets to nationals today and I still cant believe how close its getting. It will be my first National High School Rodeo. I've seen what this experience has done for my friends. Every summer they come back and seem to have grown up in just that span of a couple weeks. It's opened their eyes to a whole new world of opportunities. I'm so exited to learn and take in as much as I can up there.
