Researchers had people eat a bag of frozen kale and cabbage each day for just two weeks and found they had a significant reduction in their total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and even blood sugar levels. What’s more, the antioxidant capacity of their blood went up.
Kale is a best-of-all-worlds food, low in calories and packed to the hilt with nutrition—vitamins, minerals, anti-inflammatory compounds, antioxidant phytonutrients—you name it. You can even buy it frozen, which is so convenient, because it's already pre-washed and pre-chopped. Just keep it in the freezer, and throw it in any meal you are making.

I've lost 20 lbs since moving. I think the trulicity is really helping with it. Does anyone here take trulicity? What are your results?
I've also been adding walking and so much housework, settling in and renovating.
My diet has improved and I'm working on drinking half my body weight in water, daily. That's actually the toughest part for me.
How are you all doing and are there any issues anyone wants support with or to find out how others handle? Post on this page and let's support one another!
