Renovations are underway at our Noosa Apartment Project. These units are getting a much needed facelift with a new paint job, balustrade, front fence and landscaping.

Front facade upgrade and a movable screen on the back verandah to add more privacy and block the harsh sunlight without restricting those waterfront breezes.

Because of their longevity, colour stability, and corrosion resistance, battens are an excellent wood alternative for these screens.

This beautifully designed and constructed house will forever hold a special place with Jomar Projects. We couldn’t have asked for better clients than the local couple we built this house for.

We are both so proud of what we have achieved together during this build, navigating through all the construction material shortages, insane skyrocketing prices of materials, COVID lockdowns, wet weather events and let’s throw in three kids and a wedding.
