1 cup condensed milk

Procedure:
1. Mash the sweet potatoes using fork if you don't have a masher.
2. Pour in condense milk. Mix well.
3. Place the filling on the lumpia wrapper.
4. Roll the wrapper half-way. Fold both sides in toward the center and then roll it. Continue until you finish all the filling.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kamote turon. Flip over when it turns brown.
6. Cook until golden brown and drain well.

2 small onions, dice
1 medium size potato, cut ino cubes
1 cup water
pepper
salt
cooking oil
Maggi magic sarap all-in-one seasoning granules (optional)
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute onion until it's translucent.
3. Put in corned beef and stir.
4. Add in potatoes and mix.
5. Pour water. Season with salt, pepper and seasong.
6. Cook until potatoes are done.

28 pcs Oreos
4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
1 cup white chocolate
1 cup milk chocolate
Procedure:
1. Remove the Oreo cream filling.
2. Put the Oreo cookies in a zip lock bag. Make sure it is airtight.
3. Using rolling pin or bottle crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Or use food processor.
4. Transfer into a bowl and add Ores cream filling and 4oz cream cheese.
5. Mix until blended and can form a dough.
6. Scoop 1 in diameter of dough and roll between the palms to shape into a ball
7. Put in the freezer for 15 mins.
8. Place a cup of white and milk chocolate in a separate bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth and melted.
9. Coat the Oreo balls in the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with cookie crumbs to garnish.
10. Place a half cup of white chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth and melted. Put in a zip lock bag then cut the tip. This will be used to garnish the Oreo balls.
11. Coat the Oreo balls in the melted milk chocolate then garnish with melted white chocolate.
12. Serve and Enjoy!
Note:
** If you don't have a microwave - you can melt over a double boiler. Heat about an inch of water in a small pot. Place chocolate in a glass bowl and put it on top. Stir until smooth and melted.

For the breading:

1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Cooking oil
Procedure:
1. In a bowl combine ground chicken, flour, ground black pepper, salt, beaten egg, cayenne pepper(optional). Mix well.
2. Divide chicken mixture into 4 equal portion. Wet your hands and take the chicken mixture.
3. Flatten the mixture in your hands and wrap the hard boiled egg in it to form a ball.
4. Place egg, flour and bread crumbs in separate bowls.
5. Coat the chicken ball in flour, followed by egg, then dredge in bread crumbs.
6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
7. Serve with catsup.

6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
235 ml milk
1 egg
1 tbsp cooking oil
pinch of salt
dash of yellow food color
margarine
sugar
Procedure:
1. In a bowl mix together beaten egg and milk. Then add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and stir. Add cooking oil and a dash of yellow food color and stir until the batter is smooth.
2. In low fire, heat cooking oil in a pan.
3. Pour in 1 laddle of batter into the pan. Flip when the surface starts to bubbles.
4. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Repeat doing this until you finish all the batter.
6. While the hotcake still hot, spread margarine on top and sprinkle with sugar.

Palitaw Recipe
Palitaw in tagalog means "to surface". It's made from malagkit or sticky rice. The name itself says that when the sticky rice dough "floats" or "surface" it means that they are done. Palitaw are dipped in grated coconut and sugar - roasted sesame seeds.

1/4 kilo galapong (already made sticky rice dough)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 cup grated coconut
*If you don't have galapong. Put 3/4 cup of water to 1 or 1/2 cup of rice flour and knead to form a galapong (sticky rice dough).
Procedure:
1. Flour your hands and pinch 1/2 or 2 tbsp of dough and mold it into a ball shape and flatten using the palm of your hand.
2. Drop the flatten dough in a boiling water.
3. When the flatten dough float it means it's done.
4. Dip palitaw in grated coconut and sugar-roasted sesame seeds. Arrange it in a plate and serve.

Paksiw na Bangus is a common fish dish in the Philippines. It's easy to make and a perfect pair to fried rice. Bangus (Milkfish) is perfect for making paksiw but you can also use any kind of fish that you like. The vinegar gets rid of the fishy smell and make this dish more delicious.
