We all must have these myths at some point in our life but slowly i realised the opposite! Did you had the same myths?
We all have gone through these type of advice from someone, but here's the actual things that happen.

I've seen people bumping trying to touch their toes in order to stretch their hams. Honestly its s**t, you think you're increasing your range, no, if you want to increase your range, be it any muscle group stretch, try to go at maximum level of stretch & hold it their for 5 seconds and slowly come back to the starting position.
Stretching should always be performed pre & post workout, you need a lil warmup at the pre workout stretch just to avoid any muscle pull.
These can be eaten in fat loss/weight loss also, if taken in moderation. All you have to do is track your calories & use them wisely!

◆ Our human body has different glands which secretes different hormones.
◆ For bodybuilding perspective we need to understand Hypothalamus Pituitary Testes/Testicular Axis which is also responsible for Testosterone & Estrogen production in our body.
◆ Both testosterone & Estrogen are present in blood serum which passes through hypothalamus & if there's a deficiency or balanced then hypothalamus decides to send signal to te**es via pituitary gland for production.
◆ When anabolics enter the body HPTA shutsdown as testosterone is the father of all anabolics, so there is a rapid increase of testosterone in blood serum hence hypothalamus stops sending the signal for production.
◆ After cycle is completed the HPTA gets revived in around 3 or 4 months naturally but until then Cortisol hormone eats out polypeptide chains to give energy formed during anabolic cycle
◆ Testosterone suppresses cortisol so when anabolics are taken cortisol is supressed & when cycle is over cortisol dominates as already there's no natural production of testosterone also no exogenous testosterone in entering
◆ Post cycle therapy plays an important role in this, it revives the HPTA so that natural testosterone production starts ASAP and cortisol is suppressed again.
Actually Testosterone was the first ever synthesized anabolic salt in 1935 isolated from te**es of bull by a German scientist Enrest Lacquer then later another german scientist Adolf Butenandt synthesized it. It was given to the Hitler's' German army to perform better on battlefield.
After World War 2, germany was divided and 1 part merged to Russia & 1 part merged to U.S. The lab where testosterone was developed went to Russia and they started misusing it from Olympics'54
Anabolic steroids, we'll must have seen videos where worst cases of athletes using these salts are featured so as to gain views, honestly because isn't this what we want to see? We need reasons to hate something we have heard only negative of.
I believe many people still find uncomfortable using any sort of supplement as they think it'll damage their kidneys & liver. Yes they surely can if you use fake products or local products who use dianabol in it just to give rapid results!
Don't we all know:
1) cigrette causes lung cancer
2) to***co can cause mouth cancer
3) Alcohol damages liver
and all of these can cause death & people use them openly even the people who oppose supplements & anabolics use them, hypocrisy at next level!
Look, i'm not promoting to use these salts, they're extremely dangerous if not taken under proper guidance. What i'm trying to do is educate people who are into it because even if their parents say NOT TO TAKE ANABOLICS they WILL TAKE IT!
You may hate me for this but we're entering into the next level of bodybuilding & fitness industry in India so it's better to gain knowledge first instead of just using them to gain that chiseled abs/physique to show off on instagram!

Some of the myths about carbs;
- Carbs shouldn't be eaten at night.
- Low carb diets are the best way to lose weight

Honestly, anything consumed at high amount will make you gain weight
A proper diet with carbs, protein, minerals, vitamins, and healthy fats can make you lose weight and gain weight too, its all about the consumption quantity!

🔶It's nice & comfortable to lie in bed an extra hour or so on a rainy morning. Yet if you stay in bed all day, that's not comfortable at all. Being comfortable is pleasant up to a point. After that point, the comfort is no longer desirable & can in fact become quite unpleasant. Too much comfort can smother your life.

Unfortunately, green tea has been hyped up as a magic weight loss solution. This myth’s comes from the fact that green tea contains a stimulant which does speed up metabolism—but only a small amount.
If you think sipping on cups of green tea or popping supplements is the answer, be careful Yes, Green tea does contain caffeine!
Now, here are a few studies;
An interesting study published in the Medicine & Science in Sports and Exercise journal showed that 7 days of green tea extract ingestion can increase the lipolysis (destruction of fats), but has no effect on whole body fat oxidation in people practicing moderate-intensity exercises!
Another study was published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews showed that 3 months of daily consumption of green tea preparations only induced a small, statistically non-significant weight loss in overweight adults!
And last, this study showed that consumption of 960 ml of decaffeinated green tea for 6 months can cause a slight reduction in body weight & increase the metabolic rate but doesn’t have significant effects on the weight or body composition!
Conclusion: if you’re trying to drop the excess pounds, you shouldn’t rely on green tea alone. This beverage has several health benefits & can help you lose the extra fats a little easier but unless you’re physically active & practice intense exercises on a regular basis, you shouldn’t expect for green tea to act as a miracle beverage & melt away your excess fats overnight.
So a healthier option would consist in practicing physical activities regularly, watching your diet & drinking green tea for its other health benefits. Weights loss will come as a consequence of these lifestyle change.

To lose weight, the general rule of thumb is to ultimately obtain a negative energy balance & for that, you need to understand the Energy Balance Equation to Lose Fat.
It's simple,
Energy In – Energy Out= Change in Body Stores(Weight)
This is referred to as the “energy balance equation.” It’s the basic formula for how body weight is regulated in humans.
There is no other way to lose fat (except liposuction, lol) besides creating a caloric deficit. It’s an inescapable reality. It’s how every human has ever lost weight.
It doesn’t matter what diet they used to do it. They didn’t lose weight without a caloric deficit and they didn’t gain weight without a calorie surplus.
This is the only way to lose weight, "Remember this:No calorie deficit = no fat loss"
