It was great to stop by and have the Wild Cat omelette. Everything was on point! I loved the crispness of the hash browns and the taste of fresh jalapeños and mushrooms on the omelette. Hi everyone, I'm Erik from Coffee Dudes Co. and I wanted to give you a brief intro about myself.
I'm the lead roaster and flavor creator for the company. I'm 36 years old and work as a mechanic Monday through Friday. My favorite color is burgundy and I love rock music. I'm of Mexican and Salvadoran descent and I love trying out new foods.
Coffee has always been a part of my life, from drinking it at a young age to visiting my dad's coffee farms in El Salvador. My friend AJ and I started roasting our own beans and I came up with the idea of flavoring them. We decided to share our creations with the world, and I'm excited to meet more of you at the farmers markets and events we attend. See you next time!
