This hit me in the gut yesterday!

I'm addressing the youth on the 30th, the opportunity
bares huge responsibility and mindfulness.
Waiting to go into the chiropractor I saw a magazine
article about stress levels in kids today and the added pressure of social media and bullying.

Then someone tells me that a young person took their
own life recently, because their family couldn't afford
school fees. Imagine being surrounded by poverty and
losing that sense of accomplishment and hope.
There's no longer any doubt which Seeds of Hope & Determination to Rise Above,
I need to plant, the Universe
sent me the answer!

My company EUNOIA has just arrived in Eswatini and my two day workshops for men, women, corporate workforce and management tackle just this.
The workshops cover morality and mindfulness with a clearer perception and therefore clarity of vision (seeing the Bigger Picture), if you will!
Implementation of change through integrity and motivation encompassing mind, body and spirit.

I'm happy to say that I've joined Colani Hlatjwako and the Journey of Hope Foundation (fighting Gender based violence), so all my corporate rates include a percentage which goes directly to Journey of Hope.

I'm excited to help lift up the spirit of Eswatini and at the same time empower it's people!
