It was an absolute knockout dish!!!
I used tri-colour quinoa and I added crunchy pan fried tofu as well as roasted sweet potato for extra flavour and a boost of nutrition.

Yesterday was World Vegan Day!
It's so incredible to celebrate and recognise how far the vegan movement has come as well as the role Arbonne has played.

These were a big hit!

I've personally never been a big fan of wearing much makeup (always far more interested in sports!) but as a super busy mum, I definitely appreciate a quick morning hack!
Every morning, we go for a dog walk on the beach and about 2 years ago I started noticing my skin looking a little worse for wear.

I DID IT!!!
In September 2021, I decided to make a big change in my life and stop eating (loads of) chocolate. Chocolate has always been a vice of mine and let's just say my habit was getting out of control particularly at night time.
It was a daunting thought but one I was determined to conquer. The first 2 weeks were difficult but replacing my sugar craving with fruit and healthy snacks like delicious protein balls, I have been so surprised at the ease of my transition and the change in taste buds I have experienced. And best of all I feel FANTASTIC!
Now my cravings at night are always for fresh juicy oranges and I couldn't be happier that I decided to bite the bullet and make a healthy change in my daily life ✌️
Wacky weather - but I felt the calling for an outdoor workout today while the baby sleeps. Lots of squats, lunges, shoulders and core strength work. Nice not having to rug up to go outside and just missed the rain 🙌

Buying a pilates reformer in lockdown was by far one of the best things I've done. Nothing beats starting the day with a workout and firing up the abs while the baby sleeps! Rocky keep me company too 😂

Organise your LIFE around what's most IMPORTANT.
If it's important enough to you, you'll make the time. If not, you'll make an excuse.
What's most important to you? Take action and write it down!
Deciding in advance when and where you'll take specific actions to reach your goal can DOUBLE or TRIPLE your chances for success!
So open a calendar and start scheduling!
September 2021 has meant zoning in on my health. I have ditched the late night snacking and truly embraced the feeling of power and control I have over my body.
Meditating and affirmations every morning, speaking kindly to myself and others, and spending time filling up my space with abundance.
My skin is feeling so much better, I am really feeling good about myself from the inside out and my body is getting stronger.
Keeping to a plant-based diet has revolutionised my body and I LOVE it!
Wellness is more than just eating right and exercising. It's also much more than just feeling 'okay'. Feeling well means whole, balanced, vibrant and ALIVE!
