🧠 Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

I want to take a moment to share a little bit about my own journey with mental health. Dealing with anxiety and depression has been a part of my life for a long time. Some days are better than others, and there are moments when it feels like everything is too much. But I’ve found ways to cope, and our community has been a huge support in reminding me that I’m not alone.

If you’re struggling, know that it’s okay to reach out, to talk about it, or even just to take a break. You’re not alone, and your well-being matters more than anything. 💙

Let’s continue to support each other and break the stigma around mental health. Feel free to share your stories, resources, or even just a positive message below.

When you've put 30-45 minutes into a project, it crashes. The worst part.... NONE OF IT SAVED!!! It's fine. Luckily, I can now speed work it since I've done it all once already.
