3. The nature of PHCN supply in your area. This Would determine if solar panels would be required. This is because the batteries can be charged with PHCN supply without solar panels.
4. The climatic Condition of the area. Areas with frequent rain falls would require more batteries.
Before I conclude, due to the economic situation of the country, you can still get regular electricity from solar energy without spending so much money to buy the different equipments.
