Bubba's Journey

We are settled in the room and getting a great nights sleep so we can rock and roll first thing in the morning!!! God has this!!!!

Just a little update Bubba is a rock star. he has little to no sickness this time. We will go back on April to set surgery date.

Bubba has done very well today. We are going to get him some lunch and he will spend the rest of day laying down and rest. Mom is going to take a nap.

We are up and headed out this morning for what is going to be a big day for Bubba. Please stop and say a pray that he takes it like a champ. Thanks for y’all of y’all support

Well I was not going to post this but I could not help myself!! Bubba Linton puts a smile on my face almost everyday a lot of people don’t see the bad days with him. But let me just say that The word could really take some lessons from him… The past two weeks he has been really sick, today was not his best day either. But he did not let that stop him!!! He did a little bit of school, and then he went and just sit in the pen with Axle. No he did not feel like working hair or did he have the Strength to fed or led him today But he did go out there and try he just needed a little extra help today. So mom made it happen. Axle is so sweet it is like he knows that bubba don’t feel the best!! He made have only had him a couple of days but i am so thankful that I get a front row seat to watch this pair do great things! As bubba told me before he went to sleep Hopefully tomorrow is better and we can put in some work.

Just another day in the office!

Well we got one of the best reports since we started this journey… We got back in two weeks.

Okay y’all Bubba has a very big day today. It is going to be a very long day for him. They are running different test that has to be done before the next step can take place. They are also doing a stomach scrape. That is never fun. So pray that the pain is not bad and he handles it like a champ. On the side note he said that he was a pro at all of this now. 

Well Bubba didn’t know get the best news, not it is not the worse either! He does get to spend Christmas with his daddy in California. So that makes him happy, after the New Year we are getting a new team of doctors. Stomach patch looks good, it is just not healing like they want it. Still swollen and got a lot of bacteria and irritation going on. We are taking a new Medication until the January. As we say in our house the horse was made ready for the battle, but the battle belongs to the Lord!! 21:31 # TeamBubba Please if y’all don’t mind say a pray for one of close friend’s little boy has he has surgery this morning. Bubba went to the hospital for an unplanned visit yesterday but that is just part of the course. prayers are needed that numbers look better and blood is better so that we can move forward to see the surgeon next week.

Round 2 is done.
Bubba and Aspyn are headed home.

I know it's been kind of quiet since Bubba's last treatment. The first treatment was really rough on him we're going again tomorrow and we're praying that it is not as rough as the first one. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

They made it home safe and sound Bubba is resting. They are fine with visitors but please do not come if you are sick or have been sick in the last week.

Bubba was sick most of the night. The hospital is checking his white count this morning to see if they can go home.

The treatment went well but is making Bubba sick. They are getting settled in the hotel for the night. Aspyn said that he is taking it like a champ. Please pray that they get some rest tonight and the sickness from the chemo settles down.

Bubba Linton 9 years old was born with stomach problems and a Bacteria called H pylor. After several different attempts of treatment it had caused a hole in the lining of the stomach. To fix the hole they had to patch the hole with a pig stomach. So Bubba tells everybody they need a pig in their life. While they were patching the hole they removed 4 tumors that came back as cancer. He has what they call non cardia gastric cancer. He started chemo 10/27/21. If you don't know Bubba personally he loves anything outdoors. This year was his first year to show livestock. He had a pig named Dozer. He has told his mom that he really wants to show cows. He love everything about cows. He will be going to the Children’s Hospital for treatments and in January he will another have pet scan to see how the chemo is working, if the doctors don’t like what they see they are planing on sending him to St Judes. We know that God has bubba in the psalm of his hand. Please keep Bubba and the Linton family in your prayers.
