Hey Wild Tiger family! Sam and Luca here, and we're so excited to have you here as we begin this adventure! Wild Tiger Coffee is a microroastery currently located in Peoria, Illinois. What started as a hobby roasting coffee for friends and family has quickly turned into a more meaningful passion. Upon researching, we have found inspiration in several companies, and have learned about a lot of problems that the coffee industry faces as a whole. We have implemented this knowledge in hopes of making Wild Tiger Coffee everything we think a great coffee company should be. Our mission is to create a company that prioritized the environment and sustainability from start to finish (plus awesome coffee...obviously!) This medium roast is from the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. Our special roast from El Salvador is known to be sweet and well balanced with slight acidity.
