CHOCOLATE MOUSSE LIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 packet of chocolate diet pudding
- 1 envelope (12 g) of gelatine without colourless flavour
- 400 ml of milk
- 200 g light cream

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Prepare the chocolate diet pudding with 400 ml of milk and put to
Freeze. Prepare the gelatin without colourless flavour as instructed in the balagem. Beat the pudding, cream and gelatin in a blender.
Place in bowls and refrigerate. Decorate to taste

GELATIN CREAM WITH STRAWBERRIES LIGHT 😋

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 boxes of light strawberry gelatin
- 1 box of strawberries cut in half (clean and leafless)
- 1 box of light coconut pudding
- 500 ml skimmed milk

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Prepare the pudding with milk as directed. Place in a
refractory and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator to give a hardened.
Meanwhile prepare the gelatin, the 2 boxes dissolved in 700 ml of
water (200 ml hot to dilute and then put the other 500 ml
frozen). Reserve. Distribute the strawberries over the cream and pour the
gelatin with a spoon, being careful not to pe*****te into the cream.
Then take the refrigerator until the gelatin hardens

💥LEEK SOUFFLE WITH RICOTTA

INGREDIENTS:

- 5 leeks
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 8 tablespoons of cream of ricotta
- Onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Parsley
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Fine herbs
- Nutmeg to taste
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of oats

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven. Grease a medium pan with olive oil only. Cut the
leek in slices, set aside. Beat the eggs well until doubled in volume.
Season to taste and add the cream of ricotta and oatmeal. Beat one more
a little bit. Add the onions and tomatoes. Add
baking powder and stir. Accommodate the dough in the form and distribute the
leeks and finely chopped chives over the dough. Bake in
oven high for about 40 minutes.

FISH CAKES 😋

INGREDIENTS:

- whiting fillet - 2 small fillets (200g)
- Whole grain bread - 5 slices (125g)
- Chicken egg - 1 medium unit (50g)
- Black pepper powder (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of coffee (1g)
- Onion (cut into pieces)
- 0,5 medium unit (35g)
- Coriander (chopped)
- 1 full tablespoon (5g)
- parsley (chopped)
- 2 full tablespoons (8g)
- Whole cow’s milk - 1/4 cup of tea (50ml)
- Salt to taste
- olive oil for greasing the pan

Form of preparation:

put all ingredients in a processor except the
olive oil, and process until it makes a homogeneous mass.
Make 10 dumplings with the dough. Line a platter with
popped and used with olive oil. Cooking during
15 minutes and turn the biscuits to bake on both sides

SWEET POTATO HIDE-OUT 😋

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 large sweet potatoes;
- 400 g of diced chicken breast;
- 2 cans of peeled tomatoes;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of lactose-free ricotta cream;
- Thyme leaves (or the herb you prefer, such as basil
also that it tastes good);
- 2 tbsp olive oil;
- Salt to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

First of all put the sweet potato to cook. When you are
almost ready start making the sauce. Seal the chicken in olive oil,
add the crushed garlic and salt. Put the tomato sauce and the
herbs. Let thicken the broth a little, turn off and set aside. With a
mixer make a puree with the potatoes using a little water from the
baking. Then mix the ricotta cream. In a refractory put
the chicken with sauce and over the puree. Bake for 15 minutes or
until the sweet potato puree on top browns.

COXINHA LOW CARB 😋

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 strand of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 chopped tomato
- 500 g shredded chicken breast
- salt to go - salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- green smell to taste
- 1 chopped cauliflower
- 150 g of ricotta cream
- 100 g grated half-ripened cheese
- 1 cup flaxseed flour

METHOD OF PREPARATION MODE:

In a frying pan, heat 1 strand of oil and sauté the onion and garlic
chopped. Add the tomato and let it sauté a little. Add the
shredded chicken, salt, black pepper and green smell. Transfer
this mixture for a processor and add the chopped cauliflower.
Beat everything well until it forms the coxinha dough. In another bowl
mix the ricotta cream with the grated half-curing cheese. Take a
piece of dough and open in hand. Fill with the cream mixture of
ricotta with cheese and close, forming a coxinha. Pass the coxinhas in
linseed flour. Put the coxinhas in a pan and bake
preheated (180 C) for about 35 minutes.
