Our calming and soft COMPRESSION BED SHEET (AKA Lycra Bed Sock) has been reported to help individuals with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences, anxiety, insomnia and other sleep challenges. Try using the SQUISHY FIDGET as a way to focus an anxious mind and slow it down. You could ask your child to hold the squishy fidget whilst closing their eyes... then think about what it feels like, what it smells like, and count how long it takes to return to size after it's squished. Maybe you can incorporate a breathing exercise in time with each squish and slow release (like inflating a balloon inside their belly, then imagine they are slowly letting the air out of the balloon as they breathe out).

We also highly recommend adding a meditation / visualisation book to this bundle by buying one online (click links below) and reading a different story to your child each night.

Some Little Super Heroes may also benefit from having the Wilbarger Brushing Protocol done on them at bedtime, keeping in mind that the correct 'Therapressure Brush' must be used and parents / carers must be trained by an Occupational Therapist qualified in this technique.

Best addition to our lifestyle!
We couldn’t be more happy with our beautiful new crash bag!
Our son is really into stars and instantly loved the soft textured star pattern on the cover. He is usually very hesitant with new experiences but not in the case of realising how perfect this mat was to run and jump onto. He played with it for two hours straight after we set it up and hasn’t stopped going back to it since.
The quality is so great, it feels sturdy like it can handle everything our son needs out of it but also soft & comfy.

Our Peanut Balls are very versatile! They are a gym ball / yoga ball but in a peanut shape (two rounded ends), making them more stable, able to support more independence and safety, and suitable for lots of fun bouncing with both feet flat on the ground if needed.

They're an important addition to every therapy clinic, sensory room, and home as they are a really safe tool for kids that:

- crave movement (especially bouncing) in order to self-regulate
need to improve their core strength and bilateral integration (but in a fun way, like wheelbarrow walks)

- climb, bounce and flip upside down on the couch when watching a screen (they can gently bounce on the Peanut Ball over and over instead... for as long as they need to get their movement needs met)

- need a bit more stability than using a normal round gym ball

- need a good option for rainy day movement and fun
need to do therapy exercises for improving core strength, balance, bilateral integration and coordination such as "Wheelbarrow Walks"

- would enjoy saddle sitting independently and bouncing gently while watching a movie or doing gaming
