My name is Siheme (pronounce C - M) 😊

I grew up in a small town of NorthEast of France in the 90's where I developed my love for French food. My parents who immigrated from Tunisia were always cooking and baking food from scratch using fresh ingredients.

In 2011, I moved to the US and since then, my goal has been to share my French/Tunisian culture with others. Food is an important part of it.

I am a French teacher in St Mary's county and a baker at ❤.

Dear Madeleines and galettes lovers, here are some information about my small home-based business Frenchness:

1. I can make variety boxes of Madeleines up to 4 flavors.

2. Prices don't change depending on flavors. See flyer attached.

3. I can deliver in special occasions but I usually meet my customers in the weekend on the PNC bank parking lot across San Souci plaza in St Mary's County.

4. I am super happy to make treat bags of 6 for teachers gifts, babyshowers, or birthdays. Just message me 2 days prior.

5. Galettes are 7in. wide and are filled with a buttery almond paste.

6. My madeleines are not too sweet. There is no icing or artificial ingredients.

Voilà! Again, message me to order and try these delicious treats!

This year, for Mothers day, do not wait too long to order madeleines for your amazing Mom, sister, partner, wife...!
