💛Hi and welcome to Survivor2Success (S2S). It’s coming soon because it’s still being written but pillars of the mission and program are ready and I’ll begin to share those in the coming months.
The mission of Survivor2Success is this: To stand as the survivors champion in the pursuit of freedom from the pain and habits associated with the UNBELIEF surrounding victims of sexual assault.
My name is Linzee Ciprani and I was sexually assaulted- twice. Once when I was younger by a boy the same age as me and the second time was at the beach before my Freshman year of High School. After the second assault I sought years of counseling and pursued a relationship with God. Together, we all worked on the pain and fear that were associated with the actual assaults and the lies that I told myself like, “it was my fault because I went home with him.”
Even after 10+ years of counseling I still never felt like I had tackled the r**e or the demons that were now a part of my existence. What it took me another 10 years to uncover was that the portion I hadn’t actually “dealt with” was the UNBELIEF that came from me finally sharing my story. That unbelief led to a people pleasing habit and a life of victimhood. The truth is, when you finally share your story with people you love and trust and they react with distrust and unbelief you begin to overcompensate in one of two ways. The first is as a people pleaser. The second is as a victim. Or worse, you adopt both habits and chase the people that love you away.
Tony Robbins and many other personal development gurus say, “life happens for you not to you.” My journey is one that many don’t know they’re on and I’m here to help guide you on your path to freedom.
So, for now welcome. We will start to unpack this UNBELIEF and the pain that comes with it in the future months. Until then, tell me where are you from and what made you like this page? 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
❤This past weekend Steve Ciprani and I were asked to be on a Podcast TOGETHER! It was great fun to chat about what we're passionate about and that's hiring. The great thing though is this is geared towards people attempting to GET HIRED (hence it being called GET HIRED).
Are you looking for tips and tricks to get hired right now?
Are you struggling with not getting the interview?
Are you struggling with what your resume should or should not include?
There's a ton more on this like- what are our favorite interview questions? HINT- Mine is "What question did I not ask you yet that I should have?" Or "What is one thing that I didn't get to know about you that I should have through this process?" I always get some of the best answers on these.
Thanks Michael Altshuler for having us on and for providing such a valuable podcast to the many people searching for jobs!

Whether you know it or not- last night was all about RECRUITING THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND LEADERSHIP! My 2 favorite topics to learn about. ❤️Last night was pure recruiting magic❤️
Copied from Inc-
Can you recruit and develop the highest quality teammates, who will perform at the top level, elevate your game, and help you achieve your goals?
Because there were four touchdowns in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. They were scored by three players:
* Rob Gronkowski (two touchdowns),
* Antonio Brown (one), and
* Leonard Fournette (Brady handed off to him for a rushing touchdown).
đź’«Each one of these three players is someone who was not playing for the Bucs a year ago, and who Brady instead recruited to his cause, after he joined the team himself. đź’«
🔥First: Gronkowski, who caught two touchdowns, and who was previously Brady's teammate without peer in New England from 2010 to 2018. Grownkowski actually retired for the 2019 season, but Brady convinced him to come back to the NFL and join him in Tampa.
🔥Second: Brown, a wide receiver, who caught one touchdown pass last night. Brady not only recruited Brown to the Bucs after Brown served an eight-game suspension to start this season; he invited Brown to live with his family in his house.
🔥Finally, Fournette, who scored the rushing touchdown, and who had been cut by his previous team, the Jacksonville Jaguars. Brady reached out to him immediately afterward.

🔥🔥Attention KW Agents and MAPS Coaches/Clients- Suzi Dobias is going to be doing a FREE webinar this evening at 7pm EST and 4pm PST. This is the nutritionist that helped me release 50 lbs and I'm still working on obtaining that 60 number. I'll be on tonight joining her along with Dr. Steve. 🔥🔥
❤The photo below shows you ME 2 years ago versus ME now. I have fluctuated back and forth especially through COVID but I'm a healthier Linzee now and I won't go back to the unhealthy Linzee ever again. Please note: that body gave me 2 beautiful little girls and 2 amazing businesses. It worked hard and I still love that body even if the world doesn't see it as beautiful at all times. I don't regret that body but again I am a much healthier me.❤
✔If you struggle with losing weight, have tried all of the diets without success, need something different look no further.

🔥INVESTING- Ciprani PLAN🔥
✅Steve Ciprani and purchased our first home 12 years ago. Instead of “upgrading” our life and getting a bigger home as our family increased in size we opted to stay and save money. We we had a PLAN....
âś…We saved money and we updated our basement within our home, not for our use (like so many others do) but for an investment. We turned it into an Airbnb and wiped out our monthly mortgage payment to SAVE. We had a PLAN...
âś…We then purchased our first investment property and we initiated the BRRRR method of investing. BRRRR stands for buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat. We flipped it ourselves with the help of Doodle Cip (honestly we could have never done it without him) and did a cash out refi which enabled us to then start looking for the next investment. PLAN.....
âś…Next we partnered with an awesome friend who wanted to invest as well and well we purchased 3 more properties together instead of the 1 we could have purchased alone. PLAN...
âś…Then we purchased another together and did the same thing we had above enabling us to again pull money from our properties (in a smart and intelligent way with not having too much equity out the door). PLAN...
✅🔥✅COMING SOON- Steve and I are close to having a new and fun investment that has been a dream of ours that we will Airbnb but you’ll have to wait to see that one once it happens.🔥🔥🔥PLAN!!!
âť“Could we have been like others and increased our square footage as our family got bigger? YEP
âť“Could we have used our basement instead of turning it into an Airbnb to save money? YEP
âť“Did we mess up a lot of things? YEP
âť“Did we learn a ton through this process (like having to put sprinkler systems into a home)- YEP
âť“WAS IT TOTALLY WORTH IT TO BUILD WEALTH THROUGH REAL ESTATE? - YEP and finally we are just now experiencing the fruits of this.
“If you do what is hard, life will be easy. If you do what is easy, life will be hard.”
🧡We took the path less traveled friends. It is my GOAL to teach others this! Our teams learn regularly about investing and we hold them accountable to their financial goals. If you want to learn how to invest in real estate and build wealth message me. I am here to serve.
Leadership is hard but it saves me as a person, as a woman. It helped me discover who I am and how I can make a difference.
