Small changes can make a big difference
Spacing of gap in teeth is one the most common problems nowadays.
I always have 4 approaches for spacing
1. Veneers/crowns case specific -Typical time frame 1 week (1st picture)
2. Braces/ Aligners typical time frame 7 months to 1 and half year.( 2nd picture)
3. Direct laminates with composite within 2 hours .( 3rd picture )
4. Combination of above 2 modalities. (4th picture)

When my (Daughters age) daughter asked me to explain the significance of Navaratri, I embarked on a lengthy narrative of the various stories that revolve round the festival, before summing up concisely, āNavaratri is a celebration of woman power, a festival of women, for women and by women.ā
What can be better proof than the fact that in all homes, during these nine days, girls are invited and treated as guests of honour and offered a variety of accessories ranging from nail polish to bangles to earrings and fancy necklaces
As we propitiate Mother Goddess all the nine days, we are reminding ourselves that there can be no universe without a woman. When we distribute goodies to fellow sisters, we are asserting that āa woman is a woman's best friend.
What we have known all along, that the woman is the creator, the sustainer and the destroyer and that she deserves to be worshipped.

New Day ,New Case,New Smilemakeover.
Peesenting a case of Emergency
1. Patient fell in the bathroom and broke her front teeth.
2.The Pre Photo actually shows the tooth which were build up after fracture.
3. Problem list fractured/ broken front teeth , pain due to exposed nerves, lot of food lodgement/ plaque/calculus.
4. Root canal treatment and esthetic caps very given , cleaning polishing done to brighten the smile.
End result is beautiful smile .
