❌A little late on this one but I’m happy to say we officially closed on the San Jose Property! As my first official listing I can say it was definitely a challenge finding the right buyers for this very specific home and it being 3 hours away from me did not help either!

However with that being said I pride myself in taking on challenges and challenging myself to do the difficult things in life and avoid the easy road. I can gladly say that we were able to get this bad boy under contract and closed just 24 days later, while negotiating $30K over their offering price, with absolutely 0 issues arising along the way!

⭕️ We are now just waiting on my clients beautiful new Annie Model to be completed and we are set to close on the 21st, I am beyond excited to hand over the keys and finally complete the move from San Jose -> Fresno!
