Yoga for Self Intervention
Yoga inspired by traditional practices, psychology and modern medicine
We believe drugs are evil (apart from w**d, tramadol, 2CB, NOS and alcohol - these ones open your mind). At Yoga For Self Intervention we help people with drug problems by calling them up at arbitrary times and bollocking them for their behaviour.
Lewis had a ‘dis-ease’, but after receiving thousands of pounds from his friends and family, he had the courage to block them out of his life forever. In a tinpot study he carried out, he discovered the following quote, “The meditative creates an environment in which you can be free to be yourself, unless you are whimsically & permanently cast out for no stated reason.” This is the ethos of Yoga For Self Intervention. We are a charity and believe money is evil; yoga should be free for all. 1-1 classes are £20, corporate classes are £40.
Sucky our pug holds wisdom on how to do yoga for the little mind. We are hosting free classes every day - £20 a session.
"Little yoga does the meditative on you to me on the body of the brain, and does the brain of the body of stress too"
