Justin Timberlake has been arrested for "driving while intoxicated".

The 'Like I Love You' singer had been in Long Island, New York, according to the Associated Press.

A law enforcement official said Timberlake, 43, was expected to be arraigned later Tuesday in Sag Harbor, on the eastern end of Long Island.

The official could not publicly discuss the details of the ongoing investigation and spoke to AP on condition of anonymity.

Timberlake's representatives have not yet commented on the arrest and this is a developing story.

According to a source, Timberlake had been out for dinner with friends and had left the restaurant at about 12.30am. He was pulled over by police "as soon as he left", the source said. Thoughts?

Diddy has returned his key to New York City after a request from Mayor Eric Adams in response to the release of a video showing the music mogul attacking R&B singer Cassie, officials said Saturday.

The mayor’s office said Combs returned the key after Adams sent letters to the embattled musician’s offices in New York and California on June 4 rescinding the key and asking for it to be sent back to City Hall. The city received the key June 10.

In his letter, Adams wrote he was “deeply disturbed” by the attack, adding “I strongly condemn these actions and stand in solidarity with all survivors of domestic and gender-based violence.”

Combs’ career has been in turmoil by numerous accusations of sexual abuse, as well as a federal criminal sex-trafficking investigation that led to raids of Combs’ mansions in Los Angeles and Miami.

In May, CNN aired security video of Combs attacking Cassie in a hotel hallway in Los Angeles in 2016. Cassie, whose legal name is Cassandra Ventura, sued Combs last year, setting off a wave of other lawsuits and increased scrutiny on Combs' conduct. That case was settled a day after it was filed.

Adams awarded Combs with the key at a ceremony last year that coincided with the release of a new album.

Howard University this month also rescinded an honorary degree awarded to Combs and ended a scholarship program in his name following the release of the video involving Cassie.

The prestigious Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards gala happened on Thusday night, and R.E.M., Timbaland, Steely Dan, Hillary Lindsey and Dean Pitchford officially became members of the 2024 class.

SZA earned the Hal David Starlight Award — an honor for young songwriters — saying, “I feel like this means the most to me.”

“As an artist, I’ve been a lot of different people. I’ve been 200 pounds. I’ve been 130 pounds. I’ve been someone who doesn’t dance at all onstage, someone that can only close their eyes and look down, someone that is dancing and trying their best", she said.

“Out of all the awards, I feel like this means the most — it validates my entire career.” She also performed delivering an acoustic version of her 2023 hit single, “Snooze.” Congrats!
