Over the years, the province of Vigan has greatly benefited from its total revenue shares from to***co taxes. Infrastructure projects were funded and even local players such as farmers and loom weavers were well-supported with the allocation of about 25% of its total revenue shares from to***co taxes on livelihood and cooperative programs.
"Kitang-kita ang pakinabang!" local farmers are greatly relieved upon the turnover of hand tractors resulting in Php800 savings on rental expense. The traditional weaving of Ilocos' famous Abel fabric is also preserved with the support extended to loom weaver cooperatives.

Municipalities in these Provinces receive revenue shares from excise taxes on to***co products: Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Pampanga, Tarlac, Laguna, Quezon, Occidental Mindoro, Misamis Oriental, Maguindanao.
Cities are also recipients of revenue shares from to***co taxes: El Salvador, Gapan, Candon, Laoag, San Fernando, Vigan and Ilagan.
