Before this year I had only dreameddd I could perform an entire hour of funny things. Especially funny things that were very *me* and made people feel nice. But I did! It’s like a sparkling happiness in my chest. ✨️✨️✨️🍊

It was my first melb comedy fest doing a solo show, my third as a performer, and my 5th (or 6th??) as a passholder, rushing about seeing all the shows, drinking in all the comedy. I've been in and around this fest for so long, so it was such a treat to finally do the thing and make a show I was really proud of.

And I did it, of course, with the astronomically amazing help of these people I adore:

See the thing about bananas is, they're cool! Cool bananas. Especially when frozen. In a smoothie. Veryyy cool bananas! Oh but I hope they don't get cold! Oh no! I guess they have jackets. I'd love to be a banana. Do you think I'd make a good banana? I think so hehe. You'd make a good banana too! :) And then we could get leather jackets so we'd be cool. Cool bananas. 😎🍌

So amazing for the dream of a doing a solo show to become a reality. And even better, for that show to bring joy and feelings and silliness to others. Fruition is so fun!

Adelaide Fringe was so sweet! Such a delight to launch my show at a festival where audiences are so generous and into getting silly!! Can't believe my show finally came to Fruition. 🍊🥰

Also, I got to see be a very funny pickle in a fun kids show with and
(Go see it!)

AND the infamous sat on Dave's lap and then LAY ACROSS US THREE while serenading us (and the rest of the audience I guess). And THEN there was a blackout and Reuben told us stories by torchlight. Magical. (Go see him!)
