Posted this earlier this week on my story.....But here’s the breakdown:
The last 6 weeks I’ve been working on a hypertrophy cycle working with 8-12 reps on every exercise to really work on muscle fiber recruitment to turn into some muscle size. This week is my deload/dynamic m week, where I’m working 6-8 reps on every movement before switching to my strength cycle. Pretty pleased with how I finished going into a new phase next week. 335 for 6 easy reps.
