So the case load increased by 17k last Fri! As a prophylaxis, I take one ivermectin tablet once a week wherein FLCC says I have to take twice a week!

I have had my first Pfizer shot already and my anti bodies from my first COVID hit gives me more antibodies than two shots!

Take care guys! Remember if you get hit seek medical care right away.

I know of a telemed that offer only P1k per hour!

So I have been researching on the long COVID syndrome. No one can explain on whether the virus is hiding in some places of our body or that our immune system reacts suddenly to something.

It’s serious that people are affected for as long as a year and some can’t even walk!

How do we beat this?

Well from my reading one can take a sustained dose of Ivermectin until the symptoms totally disappear. This is combined with steroids.

I hope none of you get it.

I just spoke to a friend who decided to QR in his house. He had a friend who was a Dr who prescribed remdesivir. He purchased it at P14k/vial while my cost was P11k. I guess that’s the black market price.
His timeframe was three weeks but he is complaining of chest pains.
He will have a x ray done to check.
There are benefits in being hospitalized since everything will be covered.
I have another friend who is using a oxygen concentrator and is now registering a oximeter reading of 84.
It seems the person has no chest pains, no difficulty in breathing, no fever with only a slight cough.
She is on her 20th so I guess is a three week term.
Watch out guys!

My former boss in stockbrokering, Jerry Angping recently died due to COVID!

This guy was a fighter, coming home from the airport, a gunman pointed an M 16 to his chest, he held it and was shot! He survived that attack but not this one!

Totally weird for a guy who can afford the best rooms in a hospital pass away!

All I can say the virus is getting complicated, new strains are developing.

I heard he passed away on the 2nd week. Pls correct if I am wrong.

I was being given a medicine which was a immune suppressant. I didn’t know that until now when I asked my son a med student.

It costs P110k!

So I asked the Dr’s if I really needed it.

And fortunately they didn’t give it.

My son said that during COVID, ones immune system can go haywire.

So now I am really lucky that they accepted my hesitancy!

So I was discharged from Sta Rosa hospital a few weeks back.

This page is for people to share their experiences to help others on what hospital to choose.

The cost I spent was 1/3 the cost of the more expensive hospitals in Manila like Makati Med, St Lukes etc.

So as a tip, if you are on a budget, go farther from the CBD!

The first thing they mentioned in my first hospital in San Pedro, was that they have oxygen.

We were traveling and looking for a room and its a good thing my son knew one of the owners.

So I mention oxygen because recently in India a lot have died due to the lack of oxygen.

COVID attacks your lungs with pneumonia wherein you have a hard time getting oxygen because of your impaired breathing.

Most of the antibiotics I was taking was for Pneumonia or respiratory problems.

Why do people die?

There are a lot of answers but the main one I know of is the lack of oxygen in your system.

They check your oxygen levels thru a oximeter. You can buy it in Lazada or Shoppee.

But its important to have it in your house!

I hope others can share their experience so others may benefit.

My suggestion is to look for a decent hospital away from Manila. Make sure they can handle COVID patients and if they have a blood lab to check your blood samples for oxygen etc.
