After the removal of this client's deck, I identified extensive rot in the cantilever section of their home, which coincidentally houses their master bedroom. To address this issue, I began by meticulously removing all the decayed wood. Subsequently, I replaced the damaged wood with high-quality exterior pressure-treated wood, ensuring durability and longevity.

To enhance energy efficiency and prevent air infiltration, I diligently insulated the cavities and utilized spray foam to seal any exterior gaps. Finally, to ensure long-lasting weather resistance, I meticulously applied caulking to all areas, effectively weatherproofing the structure for years to come.
