“I have solved the marriage problem, I teach couples how to create lifelong marriages.”
Renowned Wall Street analyst Tim Kellis takes on what could be considered society’s biggest problem today, divorce. The journey that led to him tackling such a significant issue was both personal and professional. After a successful career that eventually landed him on Wall Street Tim met what he thought was the girl of his dreams, only to see that relationship end with bitterness and anger. The journey included work with a marital therapist, and after he discovered the therapist wasn’t really helping decided to tackle the issue himself.
Sharon Rolph transitioned her Behavioral Science masters degree and years of facilitating empowerment into being a retirement Essence coach, once she retired from Boeing in 2016. She loves to empower Boomers to find a place to fit in, to matter and to make a difference. Her 3 Quick Tips for Moving Past Your Old Identity is her free offer at www.effortlessvitality.org. She's created 51 podcasts interviewing guests that create curiosity and possibilities for her audience. Her favorites are wisdom, color and sewing which she combines into fabric art blocks that can be found in Etsy's QuiltedPetunia store. I love asking great questions and listening. Financial planners mostly fail to address the social, emotional, mental and spiritual transitions of retiring. Culture is starting to desire holistic retirement planning - as a behavioral scientist.

Now divorced, CJ insists that the obstacles she has faced have enabled her make midlife better than her younger days. Whether you're a woman or a man, straight or gay, the 6-part program CJ has developed can help you use the shock of betrayal as a catalyst to take back power and become more complete, creative and joyful—with or without a partner. Matt Franklin is a serial entrepreneur from Portland, OR. He’s run a one-man video production company since 2006 and he’s a part-time product developer. His most successful product landed him on Shark Tank in Season 4.
Since his ST appearance, he’s spoken with hundreds of entrepreneurs of all experience levels as they try to launch new products and businesses. In doing so, one thing he discovered is that self-employed people are terrible about retirement planning and investing. Whether it’s a lack of financial education, the belief their business will end up funding their retirement, or simply procrastination, being behind on retirement preparation seems to be a universal problem among entrepreneurs.
Upon realizing that he too, was unprepared for his golden years, Matt became obsessed with retirement investing. He completely overhauled his investment strategy, and by getting out of the stock market and into cash-flowing investments like rental houses and apartment syndications, he was able to shave ten years off his working life. Now enjoying “pre-tirement,” Matt hosts a podcast called the Rogue Retirement Lounge. His mission is to help entrepreneurs with retirement strategies so that they won’t have to work into their seventies.

An Air-Force brat, Joseph was born in Panama’s Canal Zone and was bilingual from birth. Moving to Mississippi offered him the experiential lens for the greater part of America: how they think, feel, shop. Educated in Stockholm and Paris, as his language skills grew so did his world view, particularly his understanding of the female consumer. Raised by a woman, his experience was always through the female lens.
Thus, he was well-poised to enter communications and marketing where he’s spent the bulk of his career. At every juncture through NYC marketing agencies to global positions in China, London and Geneva, Joseph’s innate story-telling abilities (he is Southern, after all) combined with a deep understanding of cultural and linguistic drivers shaped brand campaigns and led to retail breakthroughs, sell-outs and more. Not least: working with Elizabeth Taylor and launching the one and only Wonderbra.
At the forefront of GenX, Joseph straddles Boomers and millennials and spotted a growing trend: thanks to technology, the 21st Century consumer seeks to “belong”. They want brands that not only answer problems or provide a service but brands that connect them to a community. That was the inspiration behind Phoenix. Together with hand-selected, seasoned executives from past clients, Phoenix is designed to deliver products to this new consumer: products that “belong” to them. After 30 years in New York, London and Paris, Joseph lives in LA (but still feels like a New Yorker).
