Talking about camera gear is a difficult subject. People often say “gear doesn’t matter” but is that the truth? In a way, yes it is true when your just getting started.

Once you’ve found your creative voice and your creativity can flow along with your skill, gear is what’s going to help you get to the next level. There’s a reason why all the pros ditch last years gear every time DJI, Sony, Cannon or any other camera brand comes out with new versions of old gear every year. It’s because the new gear helps them create even more with no limitations.

The rush from sitting over a thousand foot cliff really makes me want to go skydiving.

This was a unique experience, I’ve never been glamping before and didn’t know what to expect from it. I was surprised to find that it’s really just like camping but actually getting a good nights rest instead of sleeping on top of a rock on the ground. Although I love to go backpacking and camping off of a trail somewhere, staying at the .camp was a very nice change of pace.

Backpacking in Big Sur was a success. Super stoked on this flannel from it’s honestly the most well made I’ve ever worn and kept me super warm during the night. I definitely would have frozen with out it.
