Most of the JUNK food is made up of *Maida* ( white flour) which is the left out residue of wheat

The whole grain of wheat has three parts - the bran that contains fibres and anti-oxidants, the germ that contains minerals and proteins and lastly, the endosperm that contains carbohydrates.

When wheat is processed to produce white flour, the bran and germ are extracted. Maida is actually just the endosperm. So, the nutritional value of maida flour is quite literally zero.

To top it all off, the human digestive system cannot easily digest maida because it does not contain any fibres that aid in digestion.

There are more ways that maida can harm your health.

A2 gir cow ghee is a type of clarified butter made from the milk of Gir cows, which are a breed of cattle primarily found in India. The milk of Gir cows is known to contain only the A2 beta-casein protein, which is believed to be easier to digest than the A1 beta-casein protein found in most cow milk. This makes A2 gir cow ghee a popular choice among those who are lactose intolerant or have difficulty digesting dairy products.

Breathing is a fundamental and essential process for all living beings. It provides the body with the necessary oxygen to function properly and remove carbon dioxide. Breathing well can help you feel better, reduce stress, and improve overall health. Here are some tips to breathe better and improve your life:

1. Practice deep breathing: Deep breathing involves taking slow, deep breaths that fully expand your lungs. This technique helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and increase oxygen levels in the body.

2. Improve your posture: Good posture can help you breathe more easily and effectively. Stand up straight, keep your shoulders back, and your head up. This helps to open up your airways and improve breathing.

3. Exercise regularly: Regular exercise improves lung capacity and strengthens the respiratory muscles, leading to better breathing. Choose activities that increase your heart rate, such as running, cycling, or swimming.

5. Avoid smoking: Smoking damages the lungs and reduces their capacity to absorb oxygen, leading to breathing difficulties. Quitting smoking or avoiding exposure to second-hand smoke can significantly improve your breathing.

6. Maintain a healthy weight: Excess weight puts pressure on the lungs and makes breathing more difficult. Losing weight through exercise and a healthy diet can improve breathing and overall health.

7. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness practices, such as meditation and yoga, can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can improve breathing. These practices also encourage deeper, more relaxed breathing.
