We are pushing our commercial side of our business this winter! $150 off your first month of commercial cleaning with Basic Necessities ! We are insured with workers compensation and liability coverage as well as we do include all supplies in our service cost.

Most commercial clients are $70-$120/per cleaning after our initial deep clean. Weekly is $70-$90 and bi weekly is $90- $120 depending on size and needs. We also include routine disinfecting! Basic Necessities is hiring part time weekday cleaners!
We are an hourly residential and commercial cleaning company based out of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Our company cleans between Rexburg, ID and Shelley, ID. Pay dependent on experience between $13-$19/hour - Up to $22/hour with bonuses and travel stipends!

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a VERY strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
Applicant must be dependable, last minute no call no shows or inconsistent schedules need not apply.
Applicants must be responsible and respectful towards managers, co-workers and clients.
Applicant must have the ability to be a detailed and efficient employee as we are an hourly cleaning service. Time is of the essence.
Applicant must have RELIABLE transportation.
Applicant must have the ability to stand, bend, kneel and reach continuously for 5+ hours a day.

Cleaning Checklist for Every Appointment:

Bathroom –
Shower walls, shower head and temperature handles are shiny and free of hardwater
Tub basin is free of soap scum or hard water *as much as possible without harming the surfaces
Entire shower is free of ANY hair or streaking
Toilet – cleaned inside and out, behind around – including walls behind
"Hair Check" by lifting u the toilet seat after cleaning as well as shaking shower curtain to double check.
Sink – clean all handles and faucets, scrub around entire area including basin and behind sink
ALL Metal pieces – toilet paper holders, towel racks, towel holders
Baseboards and floors
Kitchen –
Wipe down all appliances and outsides of appliances, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc
Wipe all counters and tables AND outside of ALL cabinets (Spot check insides for new clients or move outs)
Microwave , Fridge and Oven – both are to be cleaned every time.
Dishes or insides of cabinets are only done upon request or if it is a rental/deep clean
All floors must be SCRUBBED thoroughly to check for sticky spots or crumbs. As a general, always sweep twice and mop twice for kitchen and bathroom floors
Living Room, Bedrooms, Other Rooms/Hallways –
Dust all surfaces – pictures, vents, stair cases dependent on time and budget allowance
Spot clean all entry ways, doors and main walls
Baseboards are to be cleaned on request unless it is a deep clean/move out . We strive for perfection and clean baseboards as needed or least once every 2-3 months if not requested
Make beds, clean up toys, dishes, fold blankets, tidy ALL areas, etc
-Never mix up piles of papers or bills.
All windowsills and blinds are to be cleaned on request –Cleaned at every deep clean/move out- **once a month if not requested
Clean all light switches, doors or heaters and vents when needed

OUR MONTHLY DEEP CLEAN ITEMS GET ROTATED AT EACH CLEANING!
All windowsills and tracks
Baseboards
Deep clean/scrub all of kitchen or bathroom (any extra cleaning needed or requested)
Fridge, shelves or drawers cleaned, Doors and door frames on both sides, ceiling fans and extra dusting or organizing.

TRAINING -- What to use where:

Kitchen and Main Living Areas:
Tough and Tender (All Purpose) kitchen counters and ALL GRANITE
Wood Wash on all wood when CLEANING it - cabinets Disinfectant on main surfaces - in kitchen - fridge, microwave, bathrooms, touch points /door handles and light switches
OVEN - Pumice stones , Hard water pads or blades and Oven Spray cleaner (claire brand)

Bathrooms:
Tub and Tile in showers and toilets or TILE
Tough and Tender on all GRANITE OR NATURAL STONE
ALL Glass - Sprayway glass cleaner**Magic Erasers to scrub tubs and sinks with

Dusting: Rustic Touch furniture polish
Baseboards, blinds and Doors: Tough and Tender or Wood Wash
FLOORS: Lightly concentrated CLEAN AND BRITE (Green)
STAINS or Hard areas :Solumel or Melamagic with Magic Erasers Magic Erasers on baseboards and doors

Hard water pads on rust stains and edges of faucets or drains ONLY for use on tiles, porcelain or stone or ovens - DONT USE ON STAINLESS unless insructed by Sierra DirectlyPumice stones on hard water rings inside toilets and under the rims or can be used LIGHTLY on porcelain tubs

HARD WATER - If tub and tile doesnt remove it, USE SHOWERS AND STUFF or SAFETY FOAM acid *WITH GLOVES* on glass and hard surfaces and tubs and shower walls, with magic erasers or brushes- ONLY LET SIT FOR 5 MIN or LESS then scrub and rinse off with scrub brush or magic eraser. Repeat as necessary but dont let sit long especially on ANY metals or natural stones of any kind
